Description

Getting your first set of Amazing Lashes is a relaxing enjoyable experience. Your private suite is equipped for comfort and relaxation. You lay on a comfortable massage table with your eyes closed while your stylist applies your eyelash extensions. The application process is wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating. Clients often fall asleep then awaken to longer, thicker and more voluminous eyelashes.



"The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Maple Grove, MN, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic."

Scheduled a brow tint and lamination a month in advance. Also confirmed it later. Tried to call 10+ times for two weeks prior to the appointment to move the appointment. I cancelled plans to make the appointment so I would not be charged, plus I travel 20 miles for these appointments. Showed up at the scheduled time. There was a notice on the door “CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.” They did not even bother to update their website, update Google hours, leave a message on their voicemail indicating they were closed, or do a courtesy call to clients who had pending appointments!!!
I need my card removed from your system with immediate effect today , if a dime is taken out from my card again i will sue you you people because you people disappointed me . I scheduled an appointment to get my lashes done but when I got to your location, no one was there. I saw a notice on the door that says “CLOSED TIll FURTHER NOTICE”I have been calling and no one is picking and I went as far as calling other locations and they said, there is nothing they can do since I’m a member at your location and to think that you people are still charging me for the monthly membership is insane.
I love the great service I get here. I highly recommend Maria or Rianna. They are great people to talk to while you get your lashes done and they are very lively. I been coming here since the location open.
I was so excited when Amazing Lash in Maple Grove reopened. I made my appointment with their stylist Tess. She did an amazing job on my lashes. They were. full, yet looked great natural. I received so many compliments. I also purchased their red silk pillowcases Because silk protects your eyelashes better than cotton. and there was an eye mask which are hollow, so they protect your eyelashes. My lashes look beautiful, and they stay together until my next appointment. Thank you Amazing Lashes Maple Grove Team! I wish I could insert pictures

Tess and Maria are so amazing, my lashes look so great everytime i leave and stay looking good for 2-3 weeks before they get just a tad sparse. Tess is a perfectionist and won’t let you leave until you love your lashes! Maria and Tess both care about their clientele and work very precise and timely. and they are both great people to talk to. I switch off between the both of them cause they both do such a great job and make me feel so confident every time i see them! i’ve been going for about 6 months now and wouldn’t ever see another lash tech.Service: Eyelash extensions
Amazing lash studio. Far from amazing. First concern was after booking and showing up to an appoint with my friend, we were told her 3yr couldn’t be in the studio for liability purposes. This no child policy was not covered during our scheduling neither is it posted anywhere on the website. They were nice enough to let my friend do a same day cancel at no charge however, we were both already annoyed that are plans were ruined due to THEIR miscommunication. I ended up getting my lashes done alone In order to avoid getting charged the full service cost for same day cancellation. I followed all the after care instructions, however a day or two after my appointment my lashes were shedding way more than I believed was normal. By the third day they started to look really thin. I called the studio to ask if this was normal and what they could do about it. I was put on hold for about 5minutes. The receptionst came back on the phone and made fraudulent comments that were document by my lash stylist. The stylist claimed that I refused to wash my lashes prior to the extensions. Which makes absolutely no sense. I was never asked or offered to wash my lashes. Plus I showed up with a clean face. I would not refuse to clean my lashes knowing that this helps the extensions bond better. I told the receptionist that this was never offered to me and she went on with more reasons that placed the blame on me or pretty much said it was normal to lose up to 10 strands of lashes in one day. Which is a ridiculous lie. I’ve had eye lash extensions before and never had that much shedding in a day. She never offered an apology for what I considered poor quality service and was dismissive of all my complaints. I will be canceling my membership and looking for a studio with better customer service. I’ve never written a review but my experience was so bad that I feel the need to write one.
I love my lash stylist Kaitlin! She always does an amazing job and is so kind. This location is super convenient and I’ve never had bad service.
Jenna has done my lashes twice now and they look absolutely AMAZING!!!! They stay on for a month and still look beautiful. I get compliments all of the time because people think they're my natural, long eye lashes featherweights! I won't go to anyone else. She is also very friendly and makes me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I give her 5 stars!!! <3
I was in today and thought I would love the place as it was laid out super nicely. I went in, filled out paperwork and all went good. As soon as I was back there with the eyelash tech, I was told about pricing and my stomach dropped. $130 before tip for a fill is insane. I have been to multiple fancy places that charged me no more than $65. I would not recommend paying for that pricing as there are multiple nice places with way thicker, better eyelashes for half the amount. I ended up still paying $85 for a mini fill. MINI, still being more than a normal priced fill. Disclaimer: There is a reason I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called whereas most other places are booked out for a week minimum.
