"The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Webster, Texas, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic."

I tried out the membership a while back and didn’t like it or was impressed with the service. The technicians weren’t friendly and the front desk made mistakes on costs often. I made an appointment for this morning a few days ago over the phone for a trainee for a extremely low price deal but I arrived to no one there and not open for business for another hour. I don’t drive so I had to find a way home out of the 100 degree Texas heat and left 2 messages about the situation and dissatisfaction about it requesting a return call and hopefully making up the error. I didn’t even get a call back!!!!Service: Eyelash extensions
I've kept up with the membership almost an entire year. During that time I've had several stylists. Almost every time that I booked an earlier appointment The Stylist was late. Whenever they had a shortage they could call me and change my appointment on a less than 24-hour notice. If it didn't work within my schedule I was then made to wait additional time which could possibly cause me to have to pay for a full refill. But usually it was just an inconvenience to myself. Within the last 3 months my stylist wasn't able to be on time, an auto accident kept the receptionist from opening the store on time and a front office staff member called me to let me know that I wasn't there to keep my appointment. How on Earth could it have been my fault that no one was there at my 9:00 a.m. appointment time to open the storefront? Just because my stylist who arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment did not see me as she drove away did not mean that I wasn't there. How else would I have known what had happened to the office member? I had a senior stylist my last two appointments before I gifted my daughter the rest of my appointments. The senior stylist did not sanitize her hands prior to starting on my face she drank a boba tea during both appointments that I had with her and during one of her appointments dropped what I believe was a tweezer utensil on my eye. She also utilized Scotch tape on my face without making it less sticky and pulled it off very quickly causing a lot of redness in the location that the tape was at. I still had credits and decided to gift them to my daughter since I had not been having very good experiences at this location and would hope that she would receive better service. I also had already paid in advance. She enjoyed her very first appointment. But her second one we were called three different times to get us to reschedule. She could not do a different time and as she was on her way to the appointment we were called to let us know that they had to cancel. We did not receive any credits and had to wait additional days for her refill. Her second refill was a different technician and they plucked out her eyelashes and reapplied her refill. When she came home with a naked eye you could see more than half of her lashes had not had any application of extensions. Today was her last appointment and she was told that it was going to use two credits since there were no lashes left from her previous appointment less than 2 weeks ago. She let the stylist know that the previous stylist had not applied to all of her lashes and did not do a very good job and most of them were falling out within 48 hours. I would give this particular Salon zero Stars if possible. I feel like I'm owed money and time. Both of which I know I will never receive. Glad its over. Looking for something better!
Amazing service and experience. I’ve been a member for years but this was my first time at this location. Usually it takes so long to do a full set but the girl who serviced me did a full set in an hour and was just as good!
I had a great experience at Amazing Lash Studio. Caitlin was very helpful and professional. I will come back!
Update: 4 weeks later they still look great! As long as you follow what the ladies tell you to do they will last. Nora did my lashes today at a 13 length and they look fabulous! See attached photo! This is my first time doing the whole lash thing. I was a little nervous when I walked in. But that all went away. The environment is very welcoming and clean. The staff are just incredible! They stepped me through every process and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. The work they did was surprisingly wonderful! I will be going back!

The experience alone was good, but my lashes pretty much all fell off in less than a week. I didn’t wash them for 48 hours; I followed all the aftercare instructions. I stayed away from oils and heat. I saw a lot of negative reviews before I went, but I thought I’d give them a shot anyway. I’m not too impressed, unfortunately. I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and have never had them fall off so quickly. I also originally got quoted $80 over the phone for a full set, but they charged me $90 when I got there. The $90 wasn’t that big of a deal. I just wish I knew that before they did them, so it wasn’t a surprise.Service: Eyelash extensions

My lash stylist was Michelle. It was my first lash application. She was patient, provided a brief consultation and the result was amazing! I will definitely return.
Great, friendly service!! Loved the finished product! And i was out in 1 hour with the master service! Definitely recommend
