"The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Commack, NY, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic."

Update: I prematurely rated amazing lash studio. I still believe the service was great. However, the lashes placed os what I bring into question. It's falling out too easily and too soon. We're talking since the day after. I followed instructions and waited  24 hours before washing my face and etc. I'm careful when washing my face. I don't use oils or facial creams. I wanted so badly to give a 5 stars, that I did so prematurely. I truly appreciate exceptional customer service that's not forced or mediocre. Carolyn was my lash tech today and she's an exceptional employee. Very patient, kind, competent, and explains everything so that she's on the same page with her clients. It was my first time there and my overall experience was good. I had a few lashes from a previous place that needed to be removed and it was removed painlessly with tweezers.  I requested the classic/natural style lashes - full set. Carolyn delivered. Tip was well deserved & given. Service for removal and installation took 2 hours. If I'm back in town, and need lashes, I'd love to see Carolyn again!

I just got home from my bi-weekly appointment. I have been going here for just over 1 1/2 years. When I walked out their door today I literally said: I love this place, I love your people, I love the process and I love my lashes. That feeling made me want to do this review right away. Depending on both my schedule and technician schedules:  I have had services with several different lovely competent gals. GiGi and Aaliyah are my main squeezes. If you plan on doing this on a regular basis: the contract is the ONLY way to go money saver. Get a copy after you sign and you see what you have to do to cancel. Contracts scare you ? I have been to other last studios and by far this is the best one that i have been to. Paige was so informed of what lashes are best for my eyes and explained everything to me. I was extremely nervous going into this since I had a bad experience at other places but amazing lash really helped me and gave me such a positive experience. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and welcomed me in a warm friendly manner. The manger was also at the desk answering any questions i may have about the membership. I will be coming back, and I truly do recommend anyone coming here.

I love coming here for my lashes. The studio is so clean and I love everyone here. Gisselle has been doing my lashes for years and I leave happy every single time, I love my Gisselle.  Ashley always works her magic and gets me in for last minute appointments with my girl Gisselle. I've recommended so many of my friends here. I'm a life time client:

I have been coming to amazing lash for over a year now and i have had such a positive experience, the girls at the desk are so nice and helpful and all the stylists are amazing! carolyn really helped me out with finding the best lashes for my eyes and making sure they where perfect every single time. The manger Ashley is very informative and helpful towards any questions or concerns i may have! I have been to other lash studio and by far this is the best one!

Horrible experience. Technician clearly was not experienced. Eye was glued shut for several minutes. Left with two completely different sets of lashes. Front desk tried to over charge me. Had to go back later in the day because everyone confirmed the service I received was not up to par and my lashes looked over two weeks old when they were only an hour old !!! Next technician who fixes lashes pounds the membership down my throat after repeatedly telling her I wasn’t interested.  No compensation or credit was given for their error.  I had to bring my teenager with me because it was now my second time there in a day after school.  I was told my child couldn’t sit in room with me , but the owner or managers child running in the hallways in the back was fine.   Save yourself a headache. don’t go here

I went to visit this salon for a lash refill. I am from out of state and was traveling so I figured it would be best to have them refilled at your location instead of waiting until I got back home and would most certainly need a full set by then.  When I arrived I was almost immediately turned away. She asked if I was looking to get the same thing and I said yes, but I did need them to be a little shorter in the middle of my eyes. She told them that she is only allotted a certain amount of lashes per day, and because of this I would need a full set, which she could not do. I could not understand why I would need a full set of lashes because I needed a few shorter ones. I was on day 13 of my my current lashes. I asked if they could call and speak with my home salon and they said no all they could do was call their manager. The lash artist went into a back room and called her manager and came back out to let me know I would be charged for a full set no matter what and that they could not provide those services to me. So I left.  I called my home salon and they could not understand why your salon did not call and speak with them and I should not have been turned away. So I then called your salon back and your lash artist RUDELY said “you have zero lashes on”. Please see the attached picture of said “zero” lashes.  I honestly would not have written this review if it was not for that comment.  Your salon employees lack empathy and professionalism and I would never recommend anyone to visit your location.  Luckily I found a local salon that was able to take me in and complete a lash refill until I make the 15 hour drive back to my home location.Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

I absolutely LOVE this place! The people who work here are lovely. The manager is so sweet and they did my lashes BEAUTIFULLY! Judy is the best stylist there. She is an ARTIST. Definitely book with her! although I'm sure everyone is great.
