I'm not sure who to thank specifically, but this SAME DAY delivery is MUCH appreciated! My daughter ordered some things around noon, and we expected half the delivery to come tomorrow and the rest by Wednesday. Much to our delight busy week of roadtrip planning and outdoor activities it all came TODAY! THANK YOU!!
This place sucked to work for. I would recommend you go somewhere else to work. The leadership here is the worst I have seen in my life.

Poor hiring and employee experience. Hiring department, HR staff and management are not on the same page. Extremely difficult to contact and get support. I tried to resolve my issue many times through many emails, phone calls and attempting to try to speak to someone in person but instead was asked to leave because I was an employee that wasn't on-duty. HR still hasn't responded to me in over a month. I was misinformed into believing there were day shifts available but all the shifts available for the flex part-time position I had was overnight.
I had some shipping issues due to how they run these facilities, they really should have some sort of pick up option at the facility after a couple failed delivery attempts. However I’m so impressed with the customer service when I call to get answers and solutions, they deserve five stars I hope Amazon improves the system in place, these guys can run it smoothly if given the right tools
Hey warehouse workers, an envelope is not a "customized box". A plastic bag is not an envelope or "customized box". Help out your drivers a little.
Worst Amazon flex experience ever . There are absolutely no signs that direct you were to go. I asked 5 amazon associates where to go and not one could tell me , after finally finding someone who could tell me which was 5 minutes after my block was supposed to start I had to wait about 15 minutes to actually get the packages. The associates all seemed a little bit confused about the flex process. I have been doing flex at the Minneapolis location and that is the only location I will be using from now on. This location Definitely not flex friendly. I do not recommend .
My packages are late 99% of the time and don’t get there on time. I pay for prime so my packages can get there in two days down all the people I care about did not get their packages on their birthdays! They think I forgot about them! Not 5 days late
Pretty cool, I never had been to this location before for Amazon pickups. I definitely appreciate the fact you get to scan your products inside a warm environment. All of the other warehouse locations they require for you to take the packages and scan them out side in the freezing cold. Very hard on hands and lighting may be poor if dine at night.
Super Employees At This Station! Stopped by to try out the Amazon Flex wave and the employees were all so helpful, positive, and friendly to interact with. Smooth system in place to pick up blocks. Safety is priority as it should be within the warehouse slow speed, blinkers on, windows down. Love the diversity as well! I recommend giving it a try!
