Amazon truck driver, came to drop off trailer Friday night and they’re closed - ROC not interested Says 24 hours in description
What up with your delivery service?! It use to be soooo good and now I buy things for next day and don't get them for a week or I buy something to receive in 2 days and it keeps getting delayed for 2 weeks and I have to get a refund! You guys really need to pick it up!
This has to be the worst warehouse to get deliveries from. MOST of my deliveries from here are either lost, cancelled, or late mostly cancelled. I even decided to change my delivery address to avoid this warehouse from delivering it, but sometimes I still get notifications it’s coming from the Chino warehouse and to my “surprise” there’s an issue. I’ve used Amazon for years and never had a problem until they started coming from this facility. They need to get better drivers or better warehouse workers because this is RIDICULOUS. I’ve complained about it to customer service and never received a call regarding the issues. I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing bad service from this specific facility, but it really is miserable when you pay money for a service and NEVER get your item. I hope Amazon really checks their reviews and fix this issue because obviously people at this specific place does not care about their jobs.
I have 8 pkgs that were supposed to be delivered to an Amazon Locker in Ontario yesterday. Packages went "out for delivery" yesterday morning from this location. Last night they were returned here undelivered. How does a driver not make delivery to a 24 hour AMAZON LOCKER location?! Now all packages say they will be delivered within 3 days. I WONT BE HERE IN 3 DAYS. I have to leave at 4am tomorrow for Michigan. I am a truck driver. I spent a lot of time planning this delivery to a truck stop Locker location at a time that I would be there. I also spent a lot of time shopping on Amazon. This is time, so valuable to a long haul driver, I can never get back. And this isn't the first time this has happened. The whole point of having my Prime membership is to be able to get these deliveries while on the road. I may as well cancel it. I'll just stick to Walmarts from now on.

Almost everyone here is awesome to work with, lots of hard workers and fun personalities. The work itself was also pretty easy for morning shift, but the girl Mackenzie was always terrible to be around and was cold and bossy to nearly everyone in the warehouse. She need an attitude check because the world doesnt revolve around her and her group, and shes the only real issue in the warehouse for base employees. She has a superiority complex and is not fit to be in a management role currently.
My Prime packages are never on time!!! If you can’t do One-Day delivery then don’t advertise it!!!
If I could give this station negative I would. I started deliveries at this station years ago and everything was in order up till they opened the riverside stations I switched and jus this week I decided to take a block with chino only to go to chaos. I spent over an hour in line waiting for my packages and also with support on phone so start an hour late due to employees on there and technical difficulties. Aside from that I went in today at around 6:30pm to return packages only to get refused by a staff member this staff member was not only rude but arrogant and refused to hear me out. Advise any flex members to avoid this station as it will not only delay your block time but staff there will misdirect and be impolite Years ago this station had everything in order even ppe and today it is the worst.
Can you please stop having your drivers use the gas station on Butterfield Ranch Road???? Your drivers are literally over taking that gas station and the local residents can not use it!!! There is one directly across the street from you! Use that one!! Our gas station is not strictly an Amazon delivery truck gas station! its for the residents it is the only one we have! GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
Package says "...delivered. It was handed directly to a resident." which it was not... this been happening to you too lately? Two days ago I was looking on Amazon at a specific type of push pin but didn't buy because delivery was a week. The next day while searching again those same map push pins were now available next day free with my Prime account so I bought them happily. This morning I received an email saying my package was delivered and it was handed directly to the resident at 9:57am, which it wasn't and my package was not outside my house. Checked my security camera and confirmed there was no delivery, which was good that at least I knew it wasn't stolen. Called Amazon, the woman on the phone was very nice, she told me the drivers will mark it as delivered even though it hasn't been wow. She said look for it Monday or call them back. So check out what they did: - Amazon knew I clicked on that product. The next day when I came across that product again Amazon's website fabricated next day delivery to get the sale. - Driver falsifies delivery so Amazon's stat sheet looks favorable. - I did not receive the product when promised. This is the third time... Deliberate manipulation, promising delivery and not acting in good faith is pure B.S. While this is the location that delivers my packages, this review is more aimed at Amazon Corporate recent acceptance of deceptive practices.
