Had a storage unit for almost 4 years fantastic service never had any issues clean. Everything came out great! Wonderful hospitality

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. My father- in-law passed away 2 days before the payment was due. We took care of calling them and asking them to please waive the late fee. They still charged a late fee! A late fee to a person who died and is on usually on time with his payments! I know life or death happens but there is something called human morals and decency!

Richelle in the front office is the best! She is always aware of what is going on at the property. Told me they just put new security cameras up which, combined with the gates around the property, puts my mind at ease. Easy to get in an out of the property with a trailer. The new website is also very convenient!

Had my washer, dryer, and work tools stolen. No cameras on site and no one saw anything. More craziest thing is that the lock was not picked or taken off.. gave 1 star or else it wouldnt let me post. Called the front office and no one helped. Sooooo great customer service sarcasm

Very clean and secure storage facility. Conveniently located, although the entrance is at a slightly inconvenient incline if you're towing a trailer or have a high load in a truck bed. Aside from that incline I love everything about this facility. A great place to store your belongings, short or long term.

Richelle the manager is great and understands life just happens she works with you so long as you have clear communication and do what you say you will. She keeps the place clean and secure she knows who's on the the property and knows what's going on. You find a right ship.

Good security, they actually review the security cams. And will hunt you down like a dog if you breach someone's unit or property. They keep your property safe and secure so much better than other self storage centers.

Great people fabulous prices reasonable accommodation. The best in the area by far. Public Storage is down the road and I would drive a hundred miles not to have to go back to Public Storage after receiving service at ambassador

Can say enough good things about the facility and especially the staff. Richelle goes out of her way to ensure everything is great.

I have a storage there and there always very clean and organized.. been there 2 years and no issues.. clean storages and no theft which is good..
