Omg the food was sooo good! I was pretty scepticle about indian food in Middleton after eating swagat was definitely not worth the hype but this place is sooo good! I ordered the garlic naan, kashmiri naan, paneer butter masala and paneer manchurian. Definitely coming back!Food: 5/5

Came in with 9 ppl. The nan was average but their tandoori grill options were pretty good. Also they have really good service and always plenty of tables. You don't need a reservation if you come on a weekdayFood: 4/5

June 2023-Two years has not changed my opinion. This was an intentional stop, and is now a confirmed staple whenever I come this direction! They do not disappoint in their cuisine. This time I had Butter Chicken basically the chicken Tikka masala only dark meat l, and I have to say this us my favorite dish here on out. Tender and amazing with rice and Naan. Also ordered the Beef Mango and Beef Coconut Fry. All delicious...if you are adventurous, get them all and do a little mix and match! They marry well. The ultimate point here is that it has been two years, and it is still the best Indian food I have had. June 2021-The food was fantastic! What a deal for three people!!!!! The best part was that when we were going to order two Chicken Tikka Masala, the server said that we would probably be fine just getting one order because the portions are so big. The server was right! Just look at the pictures. Why do I like this? They sacrificed a sale in the interest of the customer! We also got the Chicken Tandoori. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Their suggestions were perfect for people coming there the first time. On top of that, they let you decide how spicy you want things. Their "mild" is my version of something tasting awesome without the kick. I am not a spicy person at all. There really wasn't any burn, so there is your start off point. And feel free to mix and match and experiment with appetizer sauces as well as share the entrées. That is part of the real palet experience!!! I highly recommend what they recommended to us for dessert, homemade mango ice cream! Now, I did read other reviews, and I think there is a misrepresentation here. Someone's inability to accept accents and choosing to say that the inflection is disrespectful is a sign of not understanding culture. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful. An element of patience may be needed so that everyone understands each other, but that is a very easy tradeoff in a situation where I KNOW I am getting stellar tasting authentic cuisine. The food was awesome, service was excellent. Water, chutney, papadums were served right away. We ordered an appetizer of Indian cottage cheese/paneer in a lemony red spicy sauce. An order of butter chicken medium spicy and a mild lamb dish. They came with a family size dish of rice. And an order of garlic nann. The pricing was reasonable for the amount of food. The appetizers were under 10$ and the main dishes were around 14-15$. We had lunch around 1230pm. I look forward to eating there again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We've eaten here a few times. The food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is always excellent. We live on the far east side and drive all the way across town and past 3 other Indian restaurants to eat at Amber! Yummy! Delicious. We eat in the restaurant sometimes but usually we order for takeout. They have amazing Chicken Tikka Masala and Garlic Naan. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.

This was my first time eating here - or at any Indian food restaurant, but I was with family members for whom this is a favorite restaurant. I had the Shrimp Tikka Masala, ordered mild, which is served over rice. It was DEEELISH!! The quantity is generous & I brought about half home. Note: one can order mild, medium, or spicy. We were celebrating my & another companion's birthday, so we each got a serving of the Mango Ice Cream for dessert. Of my!! It's soooo creamy!! But it "feels" like Sherbet. You won't be disappointed. Just right after a filling meal. Service was prompt & attentive with plenty of unsolicited water refills, which is nice when you don't have to find someone. To-go containers for leftovers are readily available. I'd very much enjoy dining here again & I fully understand why it's a favorite of my family members, two of which are Vegans & one a Vegetarian, who are all patiently awaiting the return of the buffet - a perfect opportunity to try a variety of entrees. Vegetarian options: Numerous options for Vegans and/or Vegetarians. Plenty of parking as this restaurant is located in the strip mall, corner of University Ave & Park St in Middleton. Very easy to find. Wheelchair accessible & handicapped parking right out in front. Parking: Strip mall parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access both outside & inside.

Love this place! Large menu and everything we’ve tried has been top notch. Mango chicken was flavorful and tender. Veggie tandoori was seasoned perfectly. Other things we’ve tried include aloo gobi masala, spinach saag, paneer butter masala. All delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely keep coming back!

This was my first visit, and the first opportunity to enjoy Indian cuisine. My friends recommended it, and it was much more amazing than I had expected. If you have any preconceptions of what Indian food is, you will be amazed at how excellent and delicious everything is! I should have tried it much earlier. I was there during their buffet, and the variety of fresh and wonderful foods they offered was impressive. The host who my friends called Bala was warm, friendly, and most gracious. I am looking forward to my next visit and excited to try my new favorites. They close the Restaurant at 3 PM, which I was told is not uncommon. So, they have time to clean, set up, and refresh the beautiful, nicely decorated Restaurant for dinner.
