I was having some back pain from sitting improperly at work. Figured a massage would help. I picked Boundless as 1 it was close to my home and 2 I read an article about Amber and I loved her mind set. The whole experience did not disappoint. Amber was warm and friendly. The massage felt AMAZING!! At moments the pressure was almost too much but I knew it was perfect for pushing out the knots. I bought a four pack so I could go back in a month or so. I highly recommend Boundless for either a one time shot or a continuous need! Thanks, Amber!
It was a great experience. Tracy was very nice and professional. The facility is really nice. The room was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing. I asked Tracy focused on my neck and shoulders which she did and also managed to touch on all the areas we discussed. She did a full body massage with focus on my neck a shoulders. She spent extra time with me maybe because it was my first time, or because I didn’t do the intake form online. Whatever the reason, it was beyond my expectation. I will definitely be back!
My experience with Boundless Body & Wellness has been absolutely great!!! I injured my right rotor cuff last year and after 4 months of visiting Amber and Tracy, with a little acupuncture from Corrine, I was nearly 100% healed. Call it age or lack of the lifting the proper way, in November of 2022, I injured my left rotor cuff after lifting a suitcase over my head. I tried to see a massage therapist through my insurance as recommended and after my first visit was thoroughly disappointed. I called Amber immediately and scheduled time with her office. After 1 month of seeing Tracy and Amber I know I’m on the correct road to recovery. These ladies know what they’re doing, they know muscles and the arm and neck extremely well. I am so pleased with their promptness, excellent communication, and just amazing service they have provided to me in my time of discomfort. Now my husband will begin seeing them to help with his pain. I hope they can help him like they’ve helped me. Thank you ladies for being so amazing and caring so much about your patients!
My maternity massage was AMAZING! I am 16 weeks pregnant and had my first massage. The room and table were extremely comfortable and the mix of deep tissue with Swedish massage was great! They had a neat pillow so you can lay on your stomach without harming the baby bump at any stage of pregnancy. Will absolutely be back!
Reiki with Jamie has been very enlightening. I can definitely feel a change during and after sessions, and its been an incredibly helpful aid alongside other healing methods. Jamie is very intuitive and accurate about her perceptions!
Tracy is one of the best! I appreciate how she takes the time to listen to how you are feeling and what your needs are but is always flexible to adjust if needed. She provides support and suggestions on what to do between appointments to keep feeling good.
Amber was fantastic! As a new mom, I was so sore and full of stress from taking care of my baby. She worked on the areas that were in the most need, and made sure I had a relaxing experience. I felt a lot of tension released and would definitely go back again.
I've been seeing Autumn Miller for massage therapy for a couple months now, and she is absolutely amazing. I've spent the past few years in pain due to shoulder/upper back tightness, and in late 2022 I had a shoulder injury that demanded I finally get some consistent bodywork. It's clear that Autumn cares about helping me feel better; she really listens to what I'm needing and has great suggestions on stretches/work that I can do in between our sessions. She has a wonderful, calming energy, and I can't recommend her enough.
I have been seeing Amber regularly for over two years now and have always had a wonderful experience. Amber is very knowledgeable in her field and provides a friendly and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Amber and her team!
Jamie Everton was a wonderful guide for our project which was making suncatchers using beautiful dried flowers in a crystal frame and included a guided meditation. She supplied all the materials which were lovely. My suncatcher is hanging in my kitchen window and, on sunny mornings, provides me with rainbows!
