Staff and movies are great but the seats are so uncomfortable, small, and tight. The theater also felt kind of warm. Me and my boyfriend couldn't sit for more than an hour and left our movie before finishing it. This was so disappointing that we couldn't enjoy it plus we spent $34 ish just for the movie tickets. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here. When watching long movies and any movie, especially with that price tag in this economy, comfortable seats is a must!
Solid movie theater no complaints. Located near a decent amount of snack locations as well.
Hasn't been overcrowded on any of our visits, seats are *okay* in the three different theaters we've been in, full bar with some good drink options! Avoid the pretzel bites, even the garlic parmesan tasted like a mouthful of nothing. Special features are really cool albeit overpriced, we paid 66$ for three tickets to see Princess Mononoke on a big screen finally which was awesome!
The AMC Sugarloaf Mills 18 is a great place to watch a movie. The popcorn was decent, the seats were okay, and the staff was friendly. The theather is located inside Sugarloaf Mills and it is clean.
I watched Blue Beetle and I had the cinema to myself. It's not as fun when you're the only audience. This AMC was clean though.
Great experience in an immersive experience to see Oppenheimer. Seats were comfy, theater was clean, and staff was super sweet and enthusiastic. Got a large popcorn and the new teenage mutant ninja turtle ICEE and the employee that sold it to me was very engaging and kind
Went to see John Wick Chapter 4. Was amazing theater was amazing concession stand dirty, but okay.
This is a great theater. The staff is friendly, there’s a lot of room, the theatres have great, reclining seats with leg rests. The sound is incredible, and the image was crystal clear. I was in a theatre with the vibrating seats, which was very cool. Prices for tickets was average, and the popcorn and drinks are massively overpriced.... which is to say, normal.
Theater was and facilities were clean. Ticketing staff friendly and helpful. Concessions.... a joke. 2 lines of customers eager to get to their movies and only 1 of the 3 people behind the counter were helping, and it was her first day. The other girl and guy were in the back too busy joking and flirting to help. They both saw the lines and both ignored the customers. Not once was this addressed and no manager in sight. Horrible service! Good way to lose our business.
Clean and friendly, however looking into it I spent over 70 for 4 tickets 2 adult and 2 kids... 3 other theaters same movie and around same times would have charged me 40. That is a major difference in prices. Shop around first! Wish I had.
