The smell in this theater is so PUNGENT that I had to immediately take a shower once getting home. The lobby was so filled with smoke that we assumed they had recently burnt popcorn but we got out of our movie and the smoke was WORSE!!! It cannot be safe for the teenagers who work there much less for the patrons to even walk through there. Neglectful service at the counter, popcorn all over the floor, drink station was sticky and filthy, the theater we were in wasn’t cleaned between movies if at all — there were napkins and trash in the seats and all over the floor, there were still recliners leaned back, and the bathroom had paper towels and wads of hair all over the ground but there weren’t even any paper towels actually in the bathroom????? The teenagers who work there obviously need some adult supervision if they think that is an acceptable condition for a place of business to be in.
I have worked here for nearly 5 years and aside from a few needed handicap accessibility upgrades the place is great. Sure, it's a little pricey to go to the movies these days but you cannot beat the big screen, theatre experience. The big screen, the Dolby sound, the atmosphere not to mention that great movie popcorn can't be had watching a movie at home on a streaming service. I love the fact that one of my perks working here is free movies!!
Overall it was a good experience. It was clean, seats are pretty comfy, and I had fun. My only complaints are: 1. I'm 6'1" and there wasn't quite enough room for my feet when the chair was in the leaned back position they have comfy chairs that let you lean back and put your feet up 2. One of the speakers sounded kind of wobbly, but it was only noticable during the quieter parts of the soundtrack
I haven't been to the movies in years. I took my grand daughter to see Avatar. The theater was clean and amazing. Love the reclining seats. Had popcorn delivered to our seats. Awesome experience. Will go again.
We liked the seats, very comfortable. The movie, screen and bathrooms were nice enough. However there was a rat in the theater! I submitted a ticket under the 'contact us' tab and only got an automated response with links to faqs. Disappointing nature of corporations I guess. If there are rats then it means they don't clean their theaters well enough. Won't be going back
Went to go see Black Adam and they ruined the great experience I was hoping to have. First they didn’t have the theater cleaned so we had to wait on it for about 10 minutes then at the end of the movie they turned on the light… and then the credit scene cam on and we couldn’t see the scene!!!! Gosh that just ruined it for me……. Ohh and the trash cans were full form when they clean it so we had no where to leave the trash…
Do you have absolutly NOTHING else to do in life but watch a movie on the big screen??-------DO NOT go to this one. Very rude management staff, follow your children around to make sure they go to the correct theater ie. no PG-13, R, etc. without parental consent. Even follows them when they come out of the bathroom to return to their seats. REALLY??? Food is horribleif they have it---usually out of stock on half the $40.00 menu items Take the extra drive to another theater that wants your---and prepared for---and smiles for-----business.
Beautiful theatre! Their 3D options are unlike anything I've ever experienced. Plus, the reclining seats are next level!
Cheap Tuesday night movies for the win. Popcorn was fantastic. Theater was clean and the seats were comfy.
loved the sound aystem and the seats sooooo cool.. i would never go to other place to watch my favorite big picture movies
