The experience of the movie and seats and the food was delicious I won't discredit the whole place customer services from only some were great but the people at the concession takes mg the order really gave a bad taste in my mouth. But other than that I had a great time. Also the seats have heated settings and recline which made it very comfortable.
I like this theatre....unfortunately, other patrons make going to the movies very hard to relax and enjoy because they want to talk and make comments which prevents others from being able to hear clearly. I have to really want to see a particular movie to actually go and see it on the big screen because the excessive "talking" by others is extremely annoying especially after spending dam near half a day's pay on tickets, a bucket of popcorn and 2 drinks! If you want to have a drawn out conversation while at the movies, "go to the lobby" because it's true....the audience is listening and when I'm in the audience I DON'T want to hear about what you did last night!!
Great experience! My mom and I went. We haven't been in so long that it was nice to see all the amenities now available. The reclining seats are amazing and heated! Could fall asleep just like at home.
Very comfortable seats with heaters in them. It's nice to refill your own soft drinks as well as icies! Yum!
Really taken a hit in quality the past decade. Sound issues in particular keep cropping up - bass too quiet, one surround not playing, center too low, and so forth. Really hurts them. Comfortable seats and good projection though.
Nice theater. Generally clean and no riff raff. Cheap cups and lids that buckle under the weight of the beverage inside. Need two hands just for a cup or it will fall apart on you.
This is my favorite theater; conveniently located, always clean, I have never had a problem. However this last visit I was WOWED! Tony at the concession stand went above and beyond to assess and meet our needs. He was friendly, professional, PERSONABLE, and just an overall delight. Thank You Sir, Tony Sir, for your service. ~ Love MickelleLouise
seeing Barbie Saturday night Worst experience, people shining flashlights on their phones through the whole movie, I could forgive the place being completely disgusting if even one time they asked the multiple people with phones to knock it off after being altered. Tried calling all day to speak to someone and no one will answer. Angry and sad we spent all together $100 for my birthday and didn't enjoy any part of the movie because of inconsiderate people and company negligence.
First trip back to a theater since the pandemic started. The website offered the option to have snacks and drinks brought to your seats as the movie was starting. Snacks and drinks never showed. My wife went to the concession counter and had to wait a long time for an employee to come to her. When one finally did, he admitted he knew about the order and just gave her a cup and pointed to where she could get candy. It wouldn't have been an issue if the service wasn't offered. Before ordering the tickets, we expected to get snacks and drinks at the counter. But my wife missed part of the movie because of the offered service that wasn't actually provided. They ended up being out of every soda option either one of us likes. After the trailers for other movies, before what we paid to see came on, we were forced to sit through one long ad from AMC saying how important is going to the theater is for the film industry and then another from the cast of the movie about the exact same thing. WE'RE ALREADY THERE! YOU DON'T NEED TO SELL US ON THE EXPERIENCE. Not the theater's fault, but we had to listen to annoying laugh guy the entire movie and he was easily amused at every little joke. Overall the experience doesn't make me want to come back to ANY theater any time soon.
Movies have gotten ridiculously expensive. Sound was terrible, I e., Loud Dolby sound effects from nearby theatre heard throughout the movie. The recliners are supposed to be comfortable; unfortunately I couldn't get it into full upright position, and the seat was too long, so it cut into the back of my knee. Someone else might have found it luxurious.
