We did the private theatre rental with family and watched the latest Spider-Man. Recliner chairs were comfy and theatre was clean. Got a few buckets of popcorn and was ready for the movie. Overall a pretty good experience.
It’s a decent amc theater that has improved throughout the years. It has comfortable and adjustable reclining seats. The employees are kind and helpful. You’ll have an easier time if you preorder your tickets before you get here. They have good customer service too!
Great movie theater. Comfortable seating, great sound and all around a great place to catch the latest movies. Dolby and IMAX theaters. Handicap accessible parking and building to include elevators and seating. Great snack bar and a full service bar. Touchless dispensers for soft drinks to include frozen drinks. Ample parking. Accessible parking and facilities. Adaptive technology.
The theater was great. Seems like they have improved throughout the years because I remember my last time coming here before covid was quite unpleasant. But this time my experience was much better. Comfortable seating, exquisite sound system, the employees were friendly enough to accommodate their service. I would have to admit that the food was quite expensive, and some portion of the theater weren't clean. We did wait for the employees to clean up one of the theater rooms for a bit, and when arrived to find our seats, we notice some bits of popcorn and trash laying under the seatshard to notice but when you arrived early where the light were on in the room, it's noticeable. Fortunately, it wasn't much but it can be a bothersome for the customers, but at least it's much cleaner than the Stafford location. Also, if you want to avoid the line to afford your tickets, it's better that you pre-order your tickets before you get to the theater. Overall, great theater!
It was Christmas Eve and the wife and I had not had a Christmas Eve alone in over 20 years. I told her I did not want to spend this night watching Netflix or YouTube. I said let's go out and enjoy ourselves for once in a long time. We wanted to go see Avatar 2. None of the movie theaters in our area were showing it at the time that we needed so we made a little trip to Sugar Land. We had not been here in 15 years so it was a bit of a treat for us. It was interesting as there are a lot more people there than I thought there would be. Which, was cool with us. Speaking of cool it was very cold that night temperatures hovering around 29° f. We got in and paid for our seats and waited for about 30 minutes for the movie to end and movie theater to get cleaned out. It was quite cold in the theater but we were in our coats and dressed warm so it wasn't that bad. Loved the powered reclining seats with seat warmers, that helped a lot. The movie was awesome. The theater lobby was well lit and clean and the concession stand had a large selection of food and snacks to munch on as well as drinks. It's pretty great place.
I recently visited this AMC and while it was a decent experience, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The movie-watching part was nice and comfortable, with good seats and a clear screen. The sound system was also top-notch, making for a fully immersive movie-watching experience. However, the concessions were a bit underwhelming. The selection was limited and the prices were a bit high, making it a bit disappointing compared to other theaters I have visited. Additionally, the theater wasn't the cleanest I have been in, and could have used a little more TLC. It's worth mentioning that this theater is an older one and could use an update. Some of the facilities and amenities were a bit dated, and a renovation could make for a much better experience for movie-goers. Despite these drawbacks, it was still nice to go to the theater again and enjoy a movie on the big screen. It was a good opportunity to escape from daily life and get lost in a movie. If you're looking for a simple and average movie-watching experience, this theater is worth checking out.
My grand niece and I had a very comfortable experience at AMC Theater. It was her 14th birthday and I wanted her to be happy in choosing the movie "she" wanted to see. The reclining chair was the special feature that we enjoyed tremendously. We enjoyed the movie so much that we went back the next day. This time we brought a small blanket each a two small neck pillows. Good Times !!
Facility is alright and the theater we were in was fine. However, the process to buy tickets and concessions was very, very slow. It was not busy at all and it took 20-25 minutes to buy tickets and self- serve concessions with only two people in front of me each time. I would probably go back to this theater but next time I'll buy the tickets ahead of time and slot more time for food or drink.
The theater and chairs are good. The employees... clueless. They don't have a sense of service . They spend more time congregating and talking to each other then servicing the consession payment line. There can be a line and 3 or 4 people behind the counter and three of them will walk away instead of Taking the next customer. The same will happen at ticket checking... you can have 2 or more people solving a problem and a line of people waiting to enter. The 2 or more should continue checking tickets. Everyone moves so slow. No sense if urgency.
Nice place to see a movie my only drawback was the ready made popcorn under what looks like a heat light. There wasn't any way to tell how long it was there. The line to pay was kinda slow but it was a 10:30am show on a Sunday so I can't be mad it was only 2 people working. Plenty of parking and places to eat in the area. I will be back
