Very nice theater with more seating than any other theater in the area. Plenty of parking and easy access for handicapped. Easy to acquire tickets and concessions online or in person. Theater is clean and has plenty of restroom availability. Polite and courteous concessions employees. Nice family venue.
This is probably the the best or second best movie theater in Peoria. I remember 10-15 years ago when this was an amazing place to be. With that being said, recently it has gone down hill. The entire place smells like a high school locker room. No air conditioning in the left wing, last night we sat in theater 5. There was something smeared on the screen, a giant hole in the ceiling, and some of the speakers were blown causing a static around the entire movie. I would suggest just traveling to Bloomington or check out the Peoria river front museum but there is limited variety there.
AMC has the movie and the atmosphere. You can go get comfortable in the chairs and see a great show. You can butter your own popcorn and get your own drinks with the Coca-Cola mix machine. Join the AMC club and get discounts and rewards. It's as nice clean theater.
Literally the worst movie popcorn ever. Super salty. But you can add your own fake butter if you want. Theater was clean and seat are comfy. Nice drink machine. Get better popcorn, AMC. Cinemark has it and it blows yours out if the water. And includes real butter. Yours us just shameful.
My daughter loves this place. Of all the movie theaters we have been to from Southern, IL to Central this is by far her favorite. The size blew her away. The floors weren’t sticky, clean inside, and nice helpful staff. Don’t be fooled by the exterior parking lot. Over grown grass and washed out parking lot because the majority of time will be inside and that’s what counts IMO.
I used to love going to the movies, but the theaters are extremely too expensive now says. Oh yeah, the majority of movies are filled with messages to indoctrinate kids and force feed their ideological agendas down our throats. That's not AMCs fault, but it is what it is.
It is so hot in this theater that I had to leave the movie. I know the weather is quite warm, but theaters have always been known for their cool environment. If it's cold at least you can cover up. In the humidity it's difficult to enjoy the film. Really disappointing.
It’s literally 80 degrees in this place. The girl at the front desk literally walked away from us when we got up to the counter and didn’t come back. We had to jump over to the cashier next to us when she was open. Definitely don’t recommend ever coming here. At least the spiders in the bathroom seem to enjoy their experience
Attende a "small" movie; Shelter in Solitude. Highly recommended. Suspend your reality critique and you'll enjoy the plot and the quirky cast.
I am not a movie fan and I never entered a 3D, 4D movie theater. Kids went there and watch a movie for the first time. It was difficult for me to spend three hours to get them back.
