I went during the day so there wasn't a lot of people. The staff was nice overall. The chairs were uncomfortable to be fair and the sound went out for a little bit during the movie :"
Could be way better!! But still it was clean, staff was ok but really needed more better customer service all that being said still a good place to watch movies close to you.
Love the retro vibes. Food is awesome! Flat bread is a must. I can recognize AMC for giving teens the opportunity of working. These kids are really working it. Special props to SOLEIL, knowledgeable, kind and bends over backwards for you.
Went to see Barbarian here. The staff was friendly but please for the love of God do some improvement on sound insulation. I could literally hear the movie playing in the next theater over, like hearing explosions while a horror movie is building tension really breaks the immersion. I heard others in the theater complaining too. And if you can't manage to do any better sound proofing, atleast keep the viewings separate or in further away screens. Hope to see some improvements.
I love to go to AMC they have great movies good popcorn great seats and it's a very friendly place if you want my advice if you want to see a nice movie go to AMC and Hialeah bathrooms are always clean the theaters are clean too nice place for a family
The restroom was the worst, three stalls were out of order, trash all over counter and in stalls, floor wet in most. Told clerk before movie, same afterwards, haven't seen a restroom that bad ever. Is was like worst than an old beach restroom or a bad seven eleven.
Worse cinema experience ever. The staff was unfriendly and the food was dreadful. The room was dirty and it smelled like vomit. The chairs were ripped and uncomfortable. They refused to refund my ticket so I disputed the charge via AMEX.
Horrible never again ! 0/10 theater presentation disgusting . Employees were not welcoming it was no type of welcoming arriving . The cashier at the register service sucked ! Honestly ! I’m disappointed never again for it to be an amc HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Aventura and pembroke will continue to be my go to .
Third world theater, everything dirty and smelly, is like a time capsule in decay… Hollywood should get this place to shoot a horror movie; the seats had bugs and the sound and lighting horrible; the line to buy enormous and the service is poor
I went to this theater last night to watch the movie Nope and it was horrible. Theater #11 AC was not on and the seats were all broken as well. When we advised the staff they said the AC was broken. When we spoke to the manager he advised he had no knowledge of the AC being out but we can get a refund. I’m sure as the manager you know when something isn’t working and when you become aware… change the theater. The smell was horrible inside the theater as well. We requested our money back because I refuse to pay for that type of service. The sad part about it is the manager didn’t care about refunding the money. No I apologize or maybe we can change the theater….. NOTHING!! I will not be returning to this theater. Very disappointed!!!
