We went to this theatre to see the Matrix Resurection. The theater was clean and large - also empty. This was my first time to a movie theater since the pandemic started and it was a weekday but are people going to the movies any more?? We had tickets from Fandango which I got cash back for purchasing through shopallthat.com and just had to scan the ticket so that was easy peasy. We had assigned seats so if it had been a busy theatre would our seats still have been as good? Logic would dictate yes. The bathroom was large and relatively clean but not pristine. The worst part of it was the hand driers which sat between the sinks. They were the fancy dyson kind but they were FILTHY! Like really gross see photo with some sort of wet sludge sitting at the base of the dryer space in the crevice. They say hand dryers can be unsanitary and this is my first time seeing what they mean with my own eyes. There were no paper towels so it was this or nothing. There were well stocked toilet seat covers anyone else always hear Phoebe Buffay's voice when you say that toilet seat covers to yourself? which I always appreciate. I would pee here again. Follow me for places I've been and places I've gone .
The theater was on the older side and didn’t like that the seats were all level. The customer service however for my scheduled field trip was great. We were able to rent a private theater for the group. The room fit all 96 staff and campers. The theater was cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. I used my AMC Stubs account to waive additional fees and get the $5 Tuesday tickets. Overall the staff at this AMC did an amazing job at helping us out with whatever we needed.
We love coming to this movie theater it is on the smaller side. Our theater was not cleaned before our movie the last time we wentthis was the first time this happened the price is very affordable compared to other theaters. We received our food from the concession stand quickly as there was no lines when we went at 7pm on a Saturday night. There was security officers at the door we will continue to use this theater to see movies.
Oh what a reintroduction to the movie theater since COVID. It’s been 3 years since I went to the movies. My daughter was so excited to have her “mom and daughter date”. I bought my tickets online as usual, $40 for the two of us. Luckily they were no lines, so we headed to the concession stand. I ordered two hotdogs and some other items. I was told they only had one hotdog and it was explained that they were incredibly busy on Saturday and that was the only hotdog left. I declined because it looked pitiful. Secondly, they ran out of napkins… yes, napkins. My daughter had to beg for a paper towel. The staff overall left a lot to be desired, although the first guy who took my order was pretty apologetic. Finally, the screening room was filthy, my chair was broken. It was a complete mess. AMC, for the money you’re charging I expected better. Until then I’ll stick to my streaming services at home. I really wanted to give you 0
One of the bigger movie theaters in the area. Could use a little updating but I don't normally hang out in the lobby while waiting for the movie to begin. Concessions can be hectic when busy. The movie theater will do in a pinch if the other theaters in the area are booked. Just plan ahead.
Convenient theater, with very nice employees. Though the theater could be neater/cleaner... plus, a bunch of the seats are old/busted, with peeling faux leather. Used to be much bigger, in the past... but, regardless... still my preferred AMC in the area, over Jersey Gardens.
For an AMC the service could be a lot better. Ticket taker wasn't there, I just wandered in. Cashier didn't take people from the stubs premier line first, and the cleaning was done about 2 minutes before the movie started so I hardly had time to settle in.
Its was clear this was one of the theaters they planned on closing before the stock surge happened. Unfortunately they haven't used that money to fix the many issues with this location. Ripped seats, out of popular candles, and multiple times there have been issues with the screen. Mountainside is in walking distance from me and I'd rather drive to any other location. Used to be amazing and now a joke.
Losing it's appeal. The seats are getting that overly used feeling now and the theaters are sometimes clean. Staff has never really given me a problem and the ticket prices are consistently lower than it's competitor down 22. Good for weekday night visits: you'll more than likely be in a less crowded theater.
Out of many local movie theaters, I visit this theater the most. It's generally less crowded, clean and checked-in quickly. Popcorn is fresh and a variety of soft drinks.
