The staff is nice but the conditions of this theater is deplorable. The phrase ‘time to lean is time to clean’ comes to mind. The bathrooms are even worse. The admission price for matinee should be much cheaper if none of the money goes to new seating or professional cleaning.
Great place to watch a movie with the family. The 4 stars is because the theater needs to be updated in a few areas and needs to be clean a little more ... But other than that, everything is pretty good.
Pretty dull screens. Once the show is started concession stands are closed and you cant refill the popcorn.
Bad service. Got cold coffee instead of hot and when told staff about it got cold coffee again after 10 mins wait. Really !!! Heard cricket chirping while walking in lobby.
I love that it felt very exclusive for a Saturday night! There's a great variety of snacks and drinks available. The staff were great as well. Some theater ushers just say "enjoy the show". The ushers here are very helpful, with common courtesy kept alive such as giving information about which direction the show is in. The sound in the in the theater is amazing. I was blown away by it! There are arcades towards the back for the kids. Overall great experience. Will be coming back in the near future!
The layout of this theatre is a little weird, but overall, I like it a lot! The seats are fairly comfy and the standard screening rooms are a good size. Plus the volume is never too loud or soft. I don't like how high the prices are here, but otherwise, it's clean and the popcorn is good!
In all honesty, we don't go to the movies too often, but I really like the place. It's always quite, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The popcorn was fine last time we tried it. The place is a bit rundown compared to other more modern theaters, but that does not bother me. If anything, it gives the place a certain charm in my view.
I didn't like this theater. At all. Steps to go up to your seat. Then to get out steps to go down and then go up again. We snuck out a side door to the parking lot. We got our tickets online with prearranged seats which I didn't like either. The bathroom was huge and like a maze. The whole thing was overkill for a good movie where most of the theater was empty anyway. The seats weren't that comfortable and the rows were more narrow than most others I believe. We didn't get any food items. I will not go back to this theater .
Haven't actually been to a theater in a long while and wouldn't normally go here, but we just happened to be somewhat in the area and it was the only theater around with Frozen 2 still. Nice size, not overly crowded, fairly clean as far as theaters go. A little pricey, but decent.
Pretty good theater. Nice big screens. Soda fountains out where you can refill your own drinks. Prices were about average for a movie theater. But the fixtures could do with an update. The seats are pretty uncomfortable and just don't measure up to more recently built theaters. And the butter dispensers were all out of butter when I went. Would have really improved the pretty marginal popcorn, so it was kinda dissapointing. Probably not a common occurrence, but they should be watching stuff like that better.
