All the seats are recliner lounge chairs. Every seat has a perfect view of the screen. Even a cowboy wearing a Stetson in front of you, won't block the view! Each seat has its own drink cup holder. You don't share a drink holder with the next seat, on either side. HIGHLY recommend the theater. The price is similar to a regular seat at megaplex, actually,. slightly cheaper.
This movie theatre has the worst handicapped parking on earth. Being in a wheelchair it seems like a bad joke that it’s a mile from my vehicle to the Entrance! And even if I wanted to park in the front close to the entrance I wouldn’t be able to go inside because the curb doesn’t have a cut out for my wheelchair!
Just get the stubs membership. It’s worth it if you go twice a year. Free popcorn upgrade from medium to large. You betcha! Pick your own seats. You betcha! Movie working people are always nice too.
My friend and I went to see The Sound of Freedom great movie! My friend is hearing impaired and has to use the captioning device. Sadly it took a while for us to get it and the people who set it up didn't know what they were doing and did not set it up right. It ended up not even working. Due to seating it was not possible for us to get up and get a new one. My friend was not able to hear the movie. All she really got out of it was when they had subtitles because there was a bit of Spanish being spoken in the movie. This of course was a big injustice. In the end I went and discussed what happened with management. They honored not just her ticket but gave her 2 free passes. Hopefully moving forward their staff can all be properly trained on how to set up the captioning device.
Super comfy seats. Clean theater. The reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is because NO FREE REFILLS ON THE BIG POPCORN C'mon man. I just spent $75 on tickets for my family, treats and popcorn. Give me a popcorn refill without making join some stupid club. I will probably never go back because of it to be honest. I'll just go to the theater that gives refills. Ya, kinda big deal to me.
Air conditioning went out a month before I even went to the theater, when I went it was 90° outside and they never told patrons the AC was out even after it was 90+ in the theater and when I wanted a refund before the movie started they denied it. Had to sit through a 2 hour movie with a theater full of hot and grumpy toddlers. They also had dirty bathrooms and the woman's bathroom was out of order during the busiest time of the week. This is the last time I'll go to this theater.
We had an issue with our tickets when we ordered them directly from their website. We put in our CC info and confirmed our tickets and instantly got spammed with ads. We waited for the confirmation email or a text with our tickets, but nothing came it actually showed up the day after our showtime. However, the CC transaction showed up instantly looking through the bank charges. We had to explain to the ticket booth employees when it was time for our movie and they didn't really believe us at first because they've never had this issue happen before. But after waiting awhile and giving them all the info we could with no order/confirmation number to search their system, they finally found them. For the theater experience itself, I liked having the recliner seats, but my elbow kept accidentally hitting the button that adjusts them.
The ticket and snack bar staff are very nice and helpful. The screen and sound are good. I know I'm supposed to say I love the seats but I hate them. I'm really tall and they aren't very comfortable if you're over 5'8. If you choose not to recline there's no neck support, and if you recline you have to basically lay down for anything to be comfortable when you're tall. I don't particularly care for them.
I'm sitting in Auditorium 1, and there are buckets of popcorn, popcorn on the floor, used napkins, ticket stubs, and the floor hasn't been vacuumed. I called down and was told someone would come and clean it up. They sent a kid with longer curly hair in, and all he did was walk up the stairs and then back down. Didn't pick anything up. I had to wipe popcorn off of my chair to even sit in it. Super gross. I only was able to take one picture before the lights were turned down.
I went to see Avatar here in 3D, I can say the seating and everything is good! You get refills on large popcorns! I can say that the 3D movie wasn’t really giving 3D at all. I took my glasses off and on to see if it was just me but my boyfriend said the same thing too.
