Had the chance to catch a great showing tonight of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Man I have nothing but good things to say about the movie but my review is on the theater itself. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by an employee that was more then welcomed to help me with all my needs. The place had quite a few people there for a Sunday late night show but all in all it was an awesome vibe! I would recommend AMC Crestwood 18 to all moviegoers.
I purchase my tickets online walk-in and the QR code was scanned and we were directed to auditorium 9. Auditorium 9 was clean the seats comfortable, they just needed to up the air
Great food and drinks movie theater nice and clean.... safe place to enjoy the weekend
Love this AMC! It’s my favorite out of all the locations around. Comfortable seating and multiple options to view your movie Dolby, 3D, etc. Quick process to buy or check-in your tickets. The concession stand could be slow. Bathroom can get a little messy during a rush but for the most part, staff attempts to keep them clean throughout the day. Don’t get nachos because they are a rip-off! You don’t get much chips but a big tube of cheese. Definitely invest in their rewards program if you go often, it’s great.
Went to this theatre for the first time to see Dune. A person checking tickets at the entrance was polite and pointed us out in the direction of the appropriate hall. The place was clean when we arrived; reclined seats worked properly; 3D glasses were provided; sound and video were of excellent quality too. The parking is ample. Will come back more in the future.
Went to see Oppenheimer on their 70mm best screen. Movie starts and there is a big white gap on the right side and on the left side they are projecting onto the side wall. Go tell the usher and they said it can;t be fixed and its just like that. Go elsewhere for a good movie experience!
Comfortable seats. Good concessions. I like this location when I am in the south suburbs. There was an issue where my recliner got stuck and would not return to the upright position. Otherwise, I recommend this place to go see a movie.
Crestwood AMC although it's one of the closest to me..is my last choice of theaters. It's pricier than other theaters and the popcorn is always burnt or tastes like it's been sitting there from the day before. Gross... this is why people bring in their own food!!
Hadn't been to a theatre since before the pandemic, came to Crestwood to watch Top Gun: Maverick on a Friday evening for the 9:35 show. We purchased our tickets online and we really like that we can choose our seats. You even have the option of pre-purchasing items from the concession stand and they're ready for you when you arrive and you just pick them up on the counter they've got your name on the order. Crestwood has 18 screens but surprisingly enough, the theatre wasn't busy at all. Do people come to the theatre anymore? The concession stands were clean and the floors weren't sticky, so that was nice. In the theatre, the seats are reclining and they come in pairs with an armrest separating the seats, but you have the options of lifting the armrest, if you want to be closer to the person next to you. The bathrooms are what needed attention, a few of the stalls were a mess and the paper towel dispensers needed to be refilled. But other than that, the our date night went well.
The recliner is nice and no matter what seat you choose it a good spot. My complaint is They do need to clean in between each movie there was popcorn and trash in the theater I was in seeing transformers and there was only one or two pop machine that’s was working the floors and bathrooms was very bad as well. This was a Wednesday evening 6pm showing not many people unsure why was this a hard task .
