I am only giving a 1 star because there is no zero star rating. This is the nastiest theater I have ever been in. We went to a 12:55pm showing on a Tuesday so not dirty from a busy weekend. The floors near concessions hadn’t been mopped in ages. Get to the theater and the floors were covered in trash and spilled soda. The seats are stained. I will never step foot in this disgusting place. Too many other options in town so run fast from this one.
This is my favorite theater to go to. I love the location and the easy parking. Our last visit was to see the new TMNT movie, we made it a boys only date and they enjoyed. We did bring Donatellospell check with us lol
I viewed little mermaid. Imax was awesome, the movie was great! I had not been to movies in YEARS!! They need to make some type of policy, enforcing people to take care of their needs before the movie. Bathroom break is one thing, but people kept getting up for food! Then, it was so warm in the theater!! The air was definitely off. And the bathrooms was filthy!
We bought tickets online for the “digital” type movie. They were having 25-30% off on select showtimes so that was our deciding factor. It wasn’t busy at all on a Friday before 2:30pm. We went to the food and beverage counter for them to scan our tickets and pick up our snacks. As of now, this location does have jalapeños! The theater was a bit warm, wish it was cooler. The floors are definitely sticky. The seats are not the comfiest but we chose the most basic theater so.
The theater has nice staff, great concessions, and a decent bar. When you order from the bar be sure to specify what you want special drink, bar special, specific alcohol or else you'll just be charged for the best expensive item. The self service machines outside were not working and no one knew why. Not a big deal, you can always buy online in advance. The restrooms were in desperate need of cleaning and there really was no excuse for the messiness. The theater wasn't full or even crowded. The seating was comfortable, the lighting and sound was great. Get the restrooms in order and you'll have a happy customer.
The Little Mermaid was great, but they need to do a much better job cleaning here. The theater I was in was absolutely filthy & dirty, from the seats to the floors. I could use the flashlight on my phone to see it. The seats here are fabric they probably need to renovate this location & replace the seats with leather so they're easier to wipe & clean. But there are no excuses...please clean this place up.
We came here to see a Sunday afternoon showing of The new Indiana Jones movie and while we enjoyed the film the theatre and facilities were disgusting. They were not busy at all, and there were only two families in our theater and the room had not been cleaned between showings, perhaps not since the start of the weekend. There was food and trash everywhere when we arrived and great drifts of pop corn under all of the seats. The bathrooms concessions area and hallways were also filthy. The building was nearly empty and most of the staff were just hanging around, eating and talking oblivious to the embarrassing mess. We will spend our entertainment budget elsewhere next time!
Probably the worst theater I have ever been too. Everyone is really rude. Place is very disgusting. The floors are very sticky and there is food and trash in the seats. You just feel nasty sitting there. They could give free tickets and snacks for life and I would not attend. Not a family friendly place. Also don’t waste your time with the app cause they didn’t have anything ready. They asked for the order cause they didn’t have it in the system. Had to show it to them off the phone. They can shut that place down.
Purchased tickets online ahead of time... walked right up... no standing in line. Short wait at the concessions... next time may try pre-ordering that too. The theater was comfortable even though the seats didn't recline. I usually freeze but was comfortable in that sense too.
Brought kids and wife to mario Bros. Looked time up online for 3d 3:45. Got there. The guy said there was no movie at this time on Sunday, next 5 pm. Say well, don't yell with kids Come back at 5. Find out it was actually 530 So, we got to spend $20 on their "arcade." The ENTIRE staff seemed more interested in hanging out and talking to each other, and they seemed bothered by the customer. There was zero communication to the customer even when it came to where our movie was, and they weren't labeled. Seemed like no one in here has any idea what's going on. Huge fail on management. I would fire the management. My family WILL NEVER COME BACK. We have so many options. I'd rather drive out town than spend $100 to take my kids to a theater to be treated like that As a matter of fact, I'm done with AMC in general if this is your standards There are three other non AMC theaters in town, so my family will NEVER come back
