I was excited for my first theater movie experience and AMC delivered. I had a great experience at AMC Eastridge 15! Dolby Cinema is a truly immersive experience, and it's great that I got to enjoy it for your first time at the movies. I've heard good things about Blue Beetle. The Latino representation in Blue Beetle is important. It's great to see a superhero movie that features a Latino lead character. I'm glad that AMC Eastridge 15 is showing films that are inclusive and diverse. Now my review in stars * The Dolby Cinema experience is amazing. The picture and sound quality are top-notch, and I could feel the vibrations and actions in the movie through my whole body. It was like my body was watching the movie not just my eyes. * The theater was clean and well-maintained. The seats were comfortable and spacious, and the legroom was ample. * The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to answer questions. * The theater was located in a convenient location the mall that I have categorized as the fun family eye shopping place. It is great for birthday. It was easy to find and get to, and there was plenty of accessible parking available. Additional things to note: * The ticket prices are a bit higher than some other theaters, but I think it's worth it for the Dolby Cinema experience. * The theater can get crowded, especially on weekends. If you want to avoid the crowds, I recommend going during the week or during the early morning or late evening hours. * The theater has vending machines, there is a snack bar that sells popcorn, candy, drinks, and other snacks. Overall, I think AMC Eastridge 15 is a great place to see a movie. The Dolby Cinema experience is amazing, and the theater is clean, well-maintained, and has friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it to others. If I could, I will give +5 stars. My experience was that lovely.
I recently visited an AMC theater, and I must say that I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. It seemed like the theater hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. The seats were covered in food crumbs and dirt, making the viewing experience less than enjoyable. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the price of tickets and concessions. I hope that AMC can address these cleanliness issues in the future to provide a more pleasant moviegoing experience for its patrons.
Came here to watch a 3D movie. They have $1 discount for 60+. And with pre-assigned seats, after you buy tickets you could walk around in the shopping mall without worrying about lining up for good seats. The seats are not reclining but still comfortable.
We watched Avatar: the way of water, and The Wandering world 2 here. It’s great that there is a food court right outside the mall so we can have dinner there before the show. However it’s disappointing that the seats in this they can’t be flattened or heated, the facility is a bit old compared to other AMC theaters.
The service was very good, simple and easy. Returning the tickets were quick and easy as well and the refund was instant and in cash. However, the issue lies in the seating chart. They let us choose where to sit, however, when we actually went there in the theater, I couldn’t see B13. It only said the numbers, and not the alphabetical code next to it, which confused me a bit. Maybe they did put a letter code on, but it wasn’t next to the number label, which made no sense. We just sat somewhere vacant, and there were no further issues from that point. Moreover, there were lots of trailers before the actual movie started. It was at least 20 minutes and counting, but the tickets were cheap so I didn’t exactly mind. Otherwise, the experience was amazing. The screen was large, yet I could see everything in full HD; I could see the little details, the actor’s pores, every detail, as if I were to watch it HD on my phone or something. And lastly, I bought popcorn, and they got it ready immediately, which is really nice :
Probably the dirtiest theater I've ever been to. The IMAX is nothing special and I felt so gross being there. 5 minutes into Oppenheimer the screen went black for several minutes. The walk into the specific theater was almost like they clean the floor with soda. I won't even bother explaining how grotesque the bathroom was. The ticket person didn't say a word to me after I first greeted him and said how are you, it was almost like he was upset we were there. Experiences like this make me want to stay at home and just pay for a rental.
I stopped visiting this theater for the last few years because it was disgusting. The floors were always sticky in the theaters, the soda machines were not in proper working order and every time I visited the women's restroom I had to go through almost every stall to find a decently clean one to use. I sent photos to AMC in the past and they sent me a giftcard for my troubles. I would have preferred that they implemented some changes as this is our neighborhood theater. My daughter wanted to see a movie last Friday and the only time that worked was at Eastridge. I reluctantly bought our tickets. We bought some popcorn and a drink and the service was great so they deserve more than just 1 star for service. To my surprise, the soda machines were in working order but there was a huge line for the popcorn butter dispenser. A staff member mentioned there was another butter dispenser on the other end of the concession stand however when people went over it was out of butter. Our movie was great but on our way out we stopped to use the restroom. Almost every stall in the women's restrooms were dirty and disgusting and I shouldn't have been surprised but it was disappointing to see that not much has changed here.
My Children and I had a great experience. They sat through the movie 3 & 4 year Olds and paid attention. Great movie as well
I will NEVER go to this AMC! We went to watch a movie on 9/5 at 9:15pm in Auditorium 5. But we should get refund for two tickets, because they had a tech issue during movie playing, no sound for about 5 mins, especially I paid for Dolby experience. It got my concentration out of the play. If a theatre get me out of play, then I don’t have to pay, I just watch a movie home. Especially a sound issue with Dolby experience?? I called them on 9/6, they asked me to go to store. I went to store, they are not making a reasonable judgement but trying to shirk the responsibility. They don’t even know they need to fix the problem when they made mistakes, instead they just mess up with the customers’ feeling and accuse you of attitude problem when they are guilty of giving you bad experience. What the heck?? They said I should get refund yesterday, but nobody is working after 9:45pm. They are not crediting me by their own issue, but accusing me of nonsense by judging my voice and attitude?? I don’t have attitude with talking one person. But they send three people to deal with me one by one, keep talking same thing, just trying to make you mad. But I controlled well, and I don’t talk to the person who doesn’t even know what’s the meaning of Dolby when she is working in the AMC. I’m done here. I’m out of loop. Very disappointed!!
Great theatre with a close location to downtown. We saw a movie in the imax theatre and it was great but the sound was so loud! The seats aren’t the most comfortable but overall good experience. Unsure when the movies started costing $24/tickets but Tuesday discount days always help!
