Giving 3/5 stars.. theater room was quite HOT, everyone was burning up in there. Concessions area and our cup holders at our seats were gross, very dirty. Nachos and popcorn were good though, and reclining seats were very comfortable. Definitely need to have someone cleaning the concessions area at all times, trash was overflowing.
I went to see Oppenheimer at auditorium 22. Great movie! The floors were void of trash, which was nice although to be expected. But the exit door to the right of the screen while looking at it looked to have been slightly ajar. Light was coming in. The theater smelled like mildew, the armrests were sticky, the a/c was off or set to a high temp. I was sweating. Towards the end of the movie the theater lights flickered from 100% brightness to off several times, the picture went out but sound continued for about 3-5 minutes. It may have just been a power outage due to the storm outside during the movie. This was not the first time I had a bad experience. A few months ago I went to see the new Avatar IMAX 3d at this same theater. The left and right eyes when wearing the 3D glasses were at significant different brightnesses. To the point where I could barely pay attention to the movie. Following that movie I promised myself I’d never watch a 3D movie again due to the unpleasantness of that experience. Now following my experience at Oppenheimer IMAX, I may never go to this theater again.
My first time. Using recliners in a movie theater was great , pretzel bites were delicious
Always clean , comfortable reclining seats, bathrooms are clean. We always go to the late movies so it's not so crowded. Popcorn is not always fresh for movies after 9pm. They do have a bar inside, incase it's a date with friends, someone special, or a date. Drinks and a movie. Can't go wrong with that. You can pre-order your tickets online, check in at kiosk, or walk up to ticket counter.
Saw the new Indiana Jones movie the experience was great and lots of good snacks. And the new super Mario movie was awesome I'm Glad I went there to see it.
So we haven't been to the movies since the start of covid and wow has this place went downhill. Buying tickets were easy. The concessions were so unbelievably slow and dirty. We had 1 person before us and it took over 20min to get 2 pretzels and a cheese pizza that was small. The food was just okay and definitely not worth the prices. We had no issues finding our seats, the floors were clean and recliners were great. We had a small group of stupid people behind us who I had to confront for throwing popcorn at us while trying to eat our food- very disappointed especially since they were adults and one was old enough to be my dad.
Movie experience was great. However, one of the staff was really rude when it came to my order. When the order took place, the male staff member said my order number which was 9023. I took my food and went to my theater number. I was shocked when I opened up the box and realized that my order was not inside . Instead, it was curly fries instead of the garlic parmesan pretzel bites that I had ordered. When I had went back to the front to clarify my order the lady in front with dark hair gave me the right food and said to me in a sarcastic and very rude tone, "for future reference, you should not take other people's food and listen for your order number". I responded with "I did, but okay." She was very rude to me for no reason. Nevertheless, movie experience is fine just some of the staff need some clearing up. I have my receipt still if the staff wants to see it. Not to sound like a Karen but I can't stand when people think I'm in the wrong. P.S. it was very hot and humid in theater due to the AC being off for some reason. They never told me why it was off.
My order was never delivered. I had to go down 3 different times to go get my ordered stuff because I was told it was coming. I missed parts of my movie. The food was to be delivered at 6:50 pm. At 7:15 I had to go ask about my order and was told it was coming, then I was told that they would give me what I ordered and then I had to come back and get a missing item. I want a refund definitely for the food, the service charges, and all the fees. Also atleast a refund for my ticket since my movie experience was ruined.
Pleasant place and nice atmosphere. My brothers and I came to see the new Flash movie and we initially sat on the wrong row, and found that half the seats in that row didn't recline; in fact they seemed to not have power at all. We figured out we were in the wrong seats so we moved up a row and found that there were just as many there that didn't work either. That's just pitiful and inexcusable!
They have a 15yr old taking tickets, says my 14 yr old can't watch " little mermaid without a adult? My 14yr old 5'7" is taller than the 15yr old 5'4. So I buy a ticket hand it to him and turn around and walk out the way I came in...little mermaid isn't a scary movie...Polly to the ticket BOY
