As a recent AMC A LIST member, I've been checking out the various locations in my area. I wasn't able to get a full experience at this location as a storm almost made me late for my movie but it was fine for the most part. The seats in IMAX were comfortable unlike other locations IMAX seats but they did need to be cleaned, along with the cupholders. Theater floor was sticky. Otherwise I enjoyed it and would go again.
This is not what i was expecting, so looking at the theatre from the outside in, before getting on the escalators it looks like a beautiful place to watch a movie. Once there i ordered chicken tenders, the tenders were so dry and it was about 85% breading & 15% chicken meat. The young man in front was dry, the last that cooked the chicken was super sweet and helpful. The popcorn butter machine was out in both ends. I walked to my movie and the theatre smelled dusty, the seats were uncomfortable. Ever since i was younger i always wanted to go to this theatre and it just wasn’t what i thought it would be.
The seats in this theater are older, which would be fine still comfortable if they weren't filthy. On a good note...I had the curly fries, which were made fresh, were delicious and a decent portion for the price. This is the only thing on the menu you can probably say this about though, since prices at movie theaters are OBSCENE.
This theater is in need of an update. The seats are old and smelly, cloth seats. This weekend was my first and last time going to this theater. The popcorn and drinks were good. But overall, it smelled like someone couldn't hold it and used the bathroom in one of the cloth seats. They are not cleaning these seats. What a shame, it's a nice theater. In need of updates and cleaning.
The movie side of the house is fantastic. The concession side was abysmally pathetic. We stood in line for 15 minutes before another customer told us we had to order from a kiosk. The kiosk is not intuitive. There were only two employees. They screwed up EVERY order placed by our group 5. If it didn't have IMAX, I'd never go there. Bring your own snacks!

Holy cow this place is bad! Read the end about the screen .. When I arrived I asked if I could purchase a beer because no one was at the counter. Their response was “I don’t know their schedule” and “we are at our last showing anyway.” Then during the movie the sound was off. It seems like some of the speakers weren’t working. So paying for Dolby was a complete waste. After the credits rolled I noticed it looked like there was a “windows” start button. And there was! They are streaming this from a laptop!! They couldn’t possibly have failed any more. I’m done wasting my money at movie theaters.
Went to watch the ninja turtles movie with my son and lady . We had the whole movie theater to ourselves it was nice. My son was able to be as loud as he wanted and just different than usual. They have very clean restrooms and aisles. Have good popcorn my son got chocolate milk pickles candy sour patch kids . We will definitely be coming back to these movies.
The Dolby Digital theater is my go-to for 3D movies. I saw Avatar:TWoW and I wasn’t disappointed. The sound is very impressive, the leather seats are comfortable and can recline, and while it’s not the biggest screen you’ll ever see, the color and clarity are insane. 5 stars for the Dolby experience. The IMAX theater, on the other hand, was a huge disappointment. The seats are old-school and packed in tightly and don’t recline, the screen is a decent size but seemed a bit out of focus. The sound was decent but still not as good as Dolby. IMO, the IMAX theater needs to be renovated and modernized. It’s also more expensive than Dolby. 2 stars for the IMAX experience, only because the sound was cool sometimes. Definitely go for Dolby over IMAX if you’re going for a premium experience, I learned that lesson the hard way.
Wonderful theater located in the Parks Mall. Sometimes their escalators are broken, but they do have a elevator. I recommend theater 18 that has recliners, love seats, and a wonderful sound system. With the AMC app you can purchase your food items and they will be ready by the time you get to the theater. So no long waits in line. Oh, and they have a bar for those on a date night want to get to know each other at a very public bar and then go to the movies.
