Typically it's a decent theater to go to for a date... But, Sunday August 27th my wife and I went to see the anniversary of American Graffiti and it was an absolute joke. We were the only two that paid to see this film. Yet there were a bunch of kids running in and out of the theater, screaming at each other and us. I eventually went to speak with an attendant to get this resolved... NOTHING was done... I even asked an officer who was present to get these kids removed...he just looked at me and walked away.. This has to be our worst experience here... I'm giving it 3/5 because it's not usually like this... And the fact that the manager on duty refunded our ticket and gave us two free movie vouchers, which we were extremely thankful for. Kudos to him...but the rest of the staff 0/5...
The bathrooms are always clean which is always a plus for me. I love being able to pre-order snacks is also a plus
**Turn Around, Dont Come Here**As soon as we walked in it smelled!! Walked into the restroom & it was horrible, I mean it was so disgusting. Water all over the floor, restrooms overflowing. Seems no one checks them. On top of the smell & nasty dirty restrooms the theater was so hot!!! Ridiculously HOT!!! Never ever again coming here!! & I'm getting my money back!!!
Welcome to the "Sauna Cinema"! Here, the air conditioning is simply a decorative piece, as it graciously refuses to cool even a degree. Prepare for a sweat-inducing experience hotter than the hottest soup imaginable. Embrace the scorching adventure and remember to bring your own fan!
This theater is always extremely hot. I don't know if they're just being cheap, or if the ac is broken, but it needs to be fixed. It makes the experience miserable. While the seats are very comfy, some don't work. They really need to put in some effort on checking and fixing those. The movie itself was fantastic, and the Dolby cinema is a great experience. Some of the theaters have some UNCOMFORTABLE seats. If you're not into sitting straight up for the whole movie, double check which auditorium your movie is in. Google asked me to update my review. I have no updates. Nothing has changed. It's still hot. The seats still suck.
This was our first time going to this movie theater and it was honestly the worst movie theater experience ever. It was so hot in there, and the seats were extremely uncomfortable, the popcorn we got was cold. We ended up leaving far before the movie was over because we couldn’t take it anymore. When we were leaving, all the stores in the mall were already closed so we obviously weren’t going shopping and no one at the theater advised us the exit point was to the right so we walked out to leave and the elevator and escalator were not working-no way to get downstairs. Finally ran into a security guard that told us about the exit point at the theater. Would not recommend this theater to anyone. Definitely won’t be going back.
Little old school on the seating would be an understatement! I like the seats with space to curl up, stretch my legs out, be comfy snuggling up to my husband… none of these were possible here! They appear to have ticketing in hand as there were no lines. The restrooms…. Go prepared with your own toilet paper would be my top tip here!
If you want to know what a barn house smells and feels like, go here. It was the perfect amount of heat and stench, it made me feel like I was posted up in a horse stall on a 115° day with a couple of wet dogs sitting beside us. Our chairs were also broke which added a nice touch to the barn house feel. When I went to speak with the front to change our seats I asked them what was going on with the a/c and she stated it had been broken for a while. We decided against a field trip to the horse stalls and they kindly refunded our money and we went elsewhere. So 2 stars for the friendly staff but management needs to clean that place up and fix the a/c!
Went here twice in the past week. The first time maybe 30 minutes into the movie the fire alarm went off. So never finished that movie. The second time no fire alarm and did finish the movie. But the second time the AC in building felt like struggling because little warm in there and lighting never dimmed down to what used to for movies. While place is a clean facility and does not look obviously run down. It sure feels like after those two experiences it needs some updating.
It was a good experience. Went to see Gardians Of the Galaxy 3 and had good belly laughs all throughout the movie. But this isn't a movie critique, but a review of the theater. It was really nice. Unlimited refills on beverages and the popcorn is way overpriced. I would have given 5 stars, but didn't because the movie was or is in 3D, and the person giving us our tickets didn't give us the glasses. We had to walk from the back to the front of the theater to get.
