It’s a great location but very poorly maintained and aging theatre arrangement, seats are on the verge of being broken, most places are messy, bathrooms are falling apart and disgusting. Staff seemed nice but they definitely need to improve to stay in business, the only reason they haven’t run out of business is because most people like me combine a shopping, food trip to end with a movie or something.
Rude staff. Rude theater cleaners. Rude concession staff. Especially the girl with the blue hair. Dirty theaters. Dirty concession areas. Urine smelling men’s rooms. Don’t waste your money on the flatbread pizza. The giant pretzels good. But they never have the dipping cheeses for it. They have not had the large popcorn buckets for months. so you can only order one size. So you gotta leave to get a refill and miss the movie. The movies have been starting late. It’s just a cluster all together. I give it a two just because I like popcorn. If my review was helpful please like and follow me please
Came here about two or three weeks on Friday, the 18th of this month with my boyfriend and family for a movie and had an awful experience. I ordered chicken strips and they were extremely salty, drinks were flat and watered down. Only two drink machines worked. Got to the movie a bit early and the workers were cleaning. We asked if they needed us to wait before seating and they responded rudely, saying, "Give us a minute, literally the last movie just ended." As if we didn't know that. My boyfriend's brother and a worker got into a spat about it so we ended up leaving and waiting for them to get done. Way too many ads for the movies, took about an hour and a half after the time the movie was originally scheduled. Seats were small. Barely any room to stretch. Also overpriced, especially for the experience I had. Only giving it a star because the young man at the snack counter was nice and really polite, even had a nice conversation with us. Also the movie wasn't bad.
Pretzel bites are awful. They have older style seating that is dirty and stained. We are in theater 10. I will not come back to this theater because of the seating.
Granted it is an older theater but not as bad as some made it out to be. They do need to strip the floors they were very sticky. The workers were polite and prompt assisting with ticket scan. Will return. Hopefully people will give the local spot a chance to come into the new over time maybe.
Their Dolby theater is great. Love the screen, sound and seats. Unfortunately their IMAX is plain gross. The seats are filthy - makes you want to bring your own seat cover. Also their cleaning staff lately has been very lax in performing their duties in general.
Went to see Avatar: Way of Water and the whole overall experience was a disappointment. With all of the down time during Covid, I would have thought AMC would have utilized that time to make some innovative upgrades. Nope. Same old worn out chairs. One concession stand was open with a line that wrapped around it. No one was checking tickets. We should have went to Emagine as their prices are cheaper for a better experience and the seats are something AMC doesn’t seem to like… space and comfort!
Went to see a movie there today and am just wondering how this place has gone so far downhill. It was filthy with stained threadbare seats. They were piping some sort of rather unpleasant "air freshener" into the room which only added to the unpleasant experience. The bathroom was also unclean and the papertowel dispenser was hanging off the wall. The price of the movie ticket is quite reasonable buy the price of the food is outrageous. I won't be returning to this theater. There are other cleaner options nearby.
This theater is just dirty. Had a gift card or I would have stuck with emagine. The seats are old. They don’t have recliners here. I wouldn’t have minded if they had seemed clean but not in the slightest. Floors were sticky and crumby. I just felt icky even being there. Wont be back.
I wouldn't rate this place with a 1 star but have to because there's no other option. I wish I went to MJR instead of this place. Our seats were broken, very uncomfortable, no leg room, EXTREMELY dirty, and the staff were slow. They cared about what each other did or said not the paying customer. For how much you charge for tickets, popcorn and drinks you would think you would focus on updating and fixing things that are broken or clean! I Will NEVER come back to this place. It's such a waste of space at the mall..
