This theater used to be fairly nice, but in recent years, specifically post covid it has simply went in the wrong direction. It used to have large TVs above concessions showing movie trailers, it used to have a stubs membership line, it used to have tickers above the theaters showing the movie and showtime. None of this is the case now. This theater is in need of an update or a change in management. Bring back the membership priority line, add life back to the lobby, add self-service ticket machines, fix the tickers above the doors. Reinvigorate this theater please. Aside from those issues it is typically clean. Oh and stop increasing the refill price for the yearly buckets. When me and my now wife bought our first bucket refills were $2 every year you have raised the price of refills to what is now $5.29 for the 2023 bucket. I get you make your money in concessions, but that bucket of popcorn is costing you less thatn $0.10 to make and your charging $21 for the bucket and an additional $5.29 for every refill? Thats ridiculous.
My son and I have visited this theater regularly within the last few years and seems like it just gets worse every time…. I remember when employees used to come in and out and make sure people were being quiet… not any more! The theater is being used as a babysitter. Why pay to see a movie and sit there and talk ?!!! Some employees are nice, others not so much. Also the theater could be a lil cleaner. But all in all my biggest issue is people talking while the movie is playing!
Politely asked if they had popcorn still because my movie started late the machines and bins looked like they were off and not full and the white girl responce at the register was “it’s a movie theater” Very Very very very rude . i wonder if they speak to their other customers like this And then she says “we close at 10:45pm if you change your mind” for snacks which was in 20 minutes lol it was just ridiculous how this employee acted
Theater was very neat, concession stand staff was polite and efficient, and bathrooms were clean and tidy!
Extremely clean movie theater!!! Extremely friendly staff!!! I would recommend this movie theater to anyone!!! I will be back for sure!!! It's extremely close to where I live!!!
The screen wasn’t working when the ads before the move were playing but there was only audio. Movie started with very very poor quality graphics for the first 5-10 minutes like literally you couldn’t tell what you are watching then the movie froze for like 2 minutes then it replayed from the beginning with the proper quality. I hate to leave a bad review but I just had too because I wish it motivates them to improve this lovely place.
Ordered tickets and food online .. the email told me to go to the pickup section to pickup the food. Employees ignored me . Bad customer service other then that movie was good but I was late of course

It’s still nice watching the movies on the big screen with a buvarian pretzel and a large coke! I like how they sometimes play older movies.
Friendly staff and expedient service. I have never liked the prices at the theater so I go to the matinee. A little cheaper and due to the fact that I have the AMC Stubs app, I saved $5 on snacks! Yay for that. Altogether great experience. UPDATE!!!! Went again and this time we were a little disappointed. We watched a movie in theater #9 and the floor was very nasty, there was a musty funny smell and for some reason it was warmer than usual inside the theater. For the prices you pay I think it should be a little more of a comfortable setting.
