I paid for my daughter's ticket online and paid for food. They refused to give her the food. She even showed them the messages confirming and they still refused. I tried to call and they would not answer the phone.
They don't answer the phone! You can not speak with anyone. My wife thinks she may have left her glasses in the theater. We will therefore have to drive to Lagrange to see if they have them.
The place was nice and clean. The bathroom was surprisingly clean. Looking forward to going back again.
Google says the LaGrange AMC location opens at 11 a.m. Do not waste your time. Doors actually open at 3:30 p.m. for the 1st matinee show cheaper to buy in person due to the online $3.98 "convenience fee" + $1.36 tax So Hubby and I went yesterday. F9 was pretty good! Google also showed that this location has a bar. NOPE. Wrong again! Lol Just regular setup. It's cool though. Staff was great. Less people, less noise. I have a few pics with minor details and clearer menu prices! Also ask about LaGrange College student/employee discounts when purchasing tickets! Thanks and be safe!
Clean theater and restroom, with a friendly and helpful staff. Nice stereo sounding movie. Really touched and moved by the motion picture "TILL."
The theater is a little older but it’s still nice and clean the employees are very friendly and helpful the ticket price is very low for a matinee it was only 6$ they also gave me no issues using my movie pass card it’s right next to a free parking garage so there should be plenty of parking also there is parking on the street
The theater was very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly. They had a limited menu which was ok. This was my first time going to the movies since the pandemic and I must say it was different for sure but overall a great experience.
Its a nice place with awesome staff. Everyone working there seems to enjoy it. They also have up to date high quality movies and the seats are fairly comfortable. I rate it an 8/8. Would and have gone to for epic content for the past few years.
Gorgeous building, very friendly staff!!! The room our movie was showing in wasn’t clean, had popcorn etc on the floor before we went in.
Nice clean theater. It is in what appears to be an old courthouse or town center building of sorts. It's a lot bigger inside than it appears from the outside! Not a ton of parking so if you went on a weekend I think that would get tricky. But staff was nice, place was much cleaner than most theaters I've been to. Biggest complaint- the cheese for the nachos is NASTY. I've had a lot of nacho cheese from a ton of different places in my lifetime and this was the absolute worst. Very, very disappointing, especially when you pay way too much for it! It seems to be mass produced for all AMC theaters, so heads up if you're a frequent AMC attendee- don't get the nachos.
