Not bad, the recliners work well, and the sound was good. Place was relatively clean for a movie theater.
Small theaters with super spacious reclining seats. You can actually get out of your row to refill your drink-- even if every seat is reclined-- without having to stop mid-row to try to avoid people's toes. Sound was good. View from the middle of row J was perfect. 1 missing cuz I'm crazy for movie theater popcorn, and theirs is sub-par.
Theater is decent seats are comfortable just gross and sticky service was awful ordered food to be brought to the seat 30 min into the movie had to get up and tell someone i never got it. Had to get up once again 1 hour into the movie because nothing was brought and get my own. They charge a delivery and convenienve fee for delivery. Was absolutely ridiculous.
This place is my husband and I go to place to go and watch movies. Simply because of the recliner seats. It does make a difference when having to sit through long movies. The staff always sanitizer and cleans the seat before the next showing so it eases us to now not only our we in recliner chairs enjoying the movie but its cleaned and not sticky gum in places. Hands down the best movie theaters.
The theater was dirty when we came for our movie. Wrappers, and sticky soda marks in the cup holders. Some of the seats have rips which they just cover with tape and the leather lining pops out on a few seats. Overall the movie experience wasn't bad but it also didn't feel like there was much effort put into the appearance of the place.
What a wonderful spot to watch the movies. I went with my Girlfriend today to watch the new Insidious movie. What a great experience. A gentleman named "Ivan" helped me with my food and goodness may he have a wonderful week because he made me feel like I was at home and talked to me with great respect felt like I was speaking with a close friend. The seats were just great and super comfortable. The speakers were loud and the screen was super high quality felt like I was in the movie. I really hope more people go to this movie theatre because it was amazing.
Love this location, even with their flaws. ALL of their theaters have the new reclining seats. If you want to order food, order way ahead and give yourself about 30mins if you want to see the previews. The staff is friendly.
Came here because my usual theater was booked for guardians. Although employees were nice, they didn’t seem great at customer service, and the cashier was overall just super rushed, which caused them to make mistakes. The chairs were actually really comfortable, but there are no trays, meaning you have no place to put the mediocre food you got. Our seats were not clean and had some popcorn on them, ushers clearly did not clean our seats.
AMC on Fallbrook Ave is the best kept secret in the valley! On balance I have found that there is always more availability here than its’ sister location on Topanga, and if I’m not mistaken the tickets are cheaper too. It’s my go-to-movie theater and my kid and I have been going like crazy this summer thanks to our AMC Stubs A-lost membership 3 shows a week per month for $25 per person?!?
Typically you would expect a movie theater to be cold and dress accordingly. The experience I had was quite different which was surprising given the 4.6 star reviews this place had. Came here to watch a movie, not just any movie but the 3 hour long oppenheimer and we were completely miserable the entire time and I found out talking to them afterward that apparently all the other patrons felt the same way. I was juggling various scenarios in my head, maybe this was like a promotional thing and they wanted us to be hot to simulate the heat of a nuclear detonation but honestly I think the AC was just not turned on. Needless to say I probably won't go out of my way to return
