Loved the pretzel bites and their long island was amazing.. Great seats and not too crowded!! The people working were so nice 10 outta 10 highly recommend for date night or even with your kiddos.. price of tickets not bad either!! We will be going back!!
I have a movie news YouTube channel called Screen Talk Live. I come to this AMC 2-3 times a week to see a movie. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. I do a out of theatre review video which I record in the lobby without any issues. Lately they have been giving out posters to movies.! This is the best theatre in Wichita. The reclining seats alone make it better than the warrens.
It was nice. Very clean. Movie had great sound. But the consession prices?! Waaaaaay too expensive in this economy!
Clean atmosphere and reclining seats. What more could you ask for. Pricing was reasonable for concessions, and ticket pricing is special Pricing if you join the AMC theater app on Tuesdays for $5. Also if you are a member, you get free refills on pop corn and drinks. Very positive experience and will return.
My son got sick. He did not make a mess but needed to go home. Security came in to the theater and got me. They were so kind, giving him a bottle of water and giving us free passes to come back at a later date. I was embarrassed and apologetic but the security and manager were so reassuring and helpful. Great customer care. You don’t see that much now a days.
Great selection of concessions, popcorn is much better then regal and their cups don't fall apart. Pretzels are a must have. Seats were great and comfy. Watched psycho pass my first time here and can see coming again as regal warren has just lost its touch.
Love the chairs and being able to relax and lay back. One issue, we reserved our seats online. We get there and there were people sitting in our seats, so we sat down in the two seats that were empty. Soon, the people showed up that reserved the seats we were sitting in and so the people that were sitting in our seats had to get up and find other seats. All this was going on while previews of new movies coming out which I felt was very distracting to the other movie goers. Would be great if signs were put in seats that are reserved.
One of the cleaner theaters I've been too. Love the seating and audio quality. Food is super over priced but that's everywhere you go. Ticket prices aren't too bad, especially if you get an early show time
North rock 14 got a huge upgrade when AMC took over. Every auditorium has reclining seats that are beyond comfortable. Every show has reserved seating meaning no more having to show up 1 hour before the movie. This place is clean, service is quick, and everything still feels pretty new. I definitely recommend, especially on $5 Tuesdays!
This theater has newer recliner seats that are really comfortable. We were in theater 7, Row B. I thought we were going to have the screen right on top of us, but to my surprise, for as close as we were, the screen was still a good distance away and the viewing was great! The lines were quick about 5 min in the non-premier line and the popcorn was very good! The only real letdowns for the evening were that 3 of the 4 butter dispensers were either broken or empty, and 2 of the soda machines were acting up and out of service. Those were minor issues overall, as we used another soda machine and the popcorn only really needed salt. I will say I am -so- happy AMC offers a non-carbonated soda alternative in the Hi-C varieties! As I can't drink soda, I can still enjoy the experience without having to just have water.
