First of all, I have to say that I love the food, the drink machine was easy to use, and the seats were comfortable.The best thing was that it wasn’t crowded and the theater was not full or loud. What you should fix though is that, one out of the three seats that we had reclined and the other two didn’t. Also, the bathrooms had a gross smell. But other than that, I love AMC theaters !!! We went at 11:20 am on a Thursday
AMC Webster is my go to movie theater. I've been to most of the other cinemas in the surrounding area but they don't seem as friendly. The reclining chairs are the best. Also the menu has really improved. Love the hot pizza!
Great theatre! They have reclining seats and it’s very spacious. There are the usual snacks at the usual expensive prices for a movie theatre, but the rewards program seems good if you go to movies a lot. You can get tickets ahead of time and scan them when you arrive, which saves a lot of time. Would definitely go back!
Good movie house but expensive. $10 per ticket, popcorn and soda combo $17 and change. Restrooms could be cleaner. The theater we were in had recliner chairs which was nice. Wide space in between recliners for easy in and out. The place is bare though and a little depressing. No promotional materials for the movies showing which is kinda boring.
I wouldn’t even give them a single star!! Last night I purchase tickets to see the movie the nun2…They took my tickets and didn’t give me my stubs…I thought that Odd. Anyway we got ourselves seated when a security guard came and said that 3 of us had to move!!!! Nope I should have been able to stay there! They made the error not myself..I got up and they tried to tell me that I couldn’t have my money back..Needless to say…I GOT MY MONEY BACK…I will never go back there again and many of my friends won’t either.
High quality screens and very comfortable seats. However, the lobby was quite messy when we first walked in with popcorn all over the floor and trash piled high out of a can. Service was alright. Could have been just an off night as it was my first time visiting this location. Would probably return to this location because once in the theater, my experience was great.
Great place for a movie. Went to see Meg 2, and it was nice.
I have no complaints really. Staff is generally pleasant. Theaters are clean. Seats are comfortable. I also love the soda machine. It's much easier ordering tickets ahead of time.
Food was fantastic and seats were comfy. Was the best choice for my wife and I to choose to watch Lord of the Rings Return of the King Extended Edition at!
Seats are reclining and very comfortable. Things I would change: Volume was so high that even after I took out my hearing aids it was still too loud. Lighting could go up during seating patrons. Couldn't find the numbers on the reserved seats and had to ask an employee for help. He used a flashlight.
