Great outlet store for Salomon, suunto, and Arc’teryx. They have items for men, women, and children.
VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called them and they hung up the phone in 5 seconds
I visited this store while in Utah on vacation. The associates were all very friendly and helpful. I purchased a pair of hiking shoes and a jacket. While I should have paid attention to how much I was charged, I didn’t look until I was back in my home state. I had been overcharged for my jacket. I called the store and explained the situation. I’m not sure who the gentleman was but he was persistent in finding my information so a refund could be given over the phone. THIS is the kind of customer service that will draw me back to the store in the future. So thank you whoever you are. You were fantastic!!
AWESOME PRICES AND SELECTION TOO! I boughty favorite brand of trail running shoes and got them for $35 dollars LESS than EVERYWHERE else offered. Short visit but the staff was helpful. Didn't look around a lot but they had backpacks too...
This is definitely one of my new favorite places in Ogden! They have Arc’teryx here for significantly less than you can find it at other places and especially in their retail stores. I have come to appreciate the availability and the offerings of this particular store the staff is friendly they care about what you’re trying to accomplish and they want to make sure that you’re satisfied with your visit to their store it’s very evident to me that they take great pride in the products to sell.
The best place for running shoes. Discounted prices. Will never go any where else
We've not been here in ages even though we are local because we haven't been out and about much in 18 months. We had some errands nearby and figured we'd at least drive by and see if we actually wanted to go inside. There are multiple signs leading to the entrance, all informing customers that masks are required. I think this might be the FIRST retail store I've encountered in almost two years, at least in this country, that requires masks. WE WERE ELATED! So...huge points to Amer Sports, not just for their customer service and reliability, but for dong the right thing to protect your staff and customers. Got a cute dress. Hubby got a nice shirt. Staff is, and always has been amazing, but they earn even more points for requiring masks. As a small business owner, I know what they've had to deal with...
Great customer service, but I feel like the prices are incredibly high for an "outlet" store. However, if you're a size 6 women's shoe, you're going to be able to get great deals on their display shoe clearances.
This store is inside one of those Ogden historic buildings. Is really awesome inside. I was able to get an amazing pair of shoes for 60% off. It's mostly for hikers climbers generally outdoorsy people. So if you're looking for those kinds of things you will love this place. And the employees were over the top helpful.
