Set an appt for an oil change and front brake replacement. I've been there before and waited inside while they replaced my battery. This time they said I can't wait there because the oil change will take up to 4hrs. 4 hrs for an oil change? I wanted my front brakes repaired and they said they have to take off all the tires and do a brake exam for $80 just to see if I needed brakes. Took my vehicle elsewhere and waited inside during the oil change $50 and zero charge for the brake check. Found out I didn't need them. Saved myself $80!!
Just a very honest and transparent company the dealership told me I needed a new transmission and my ram 2500 Cummins $17k I took it down to the people at Havasu auto care for a second opinion they determine my transmission was perfectly fine and since then we’ve gone on multiple trips pulling a big 36 foot trailer with no problems I now take them all my stuff. Their office and shop are immaculate which tells me they’re going to keep my vehicle immaculate as well. I have taken multiple vehicles to them over the past month, and I am extremely happy.
I took my 2016 Chevy Tahoe here to Havasu Auto Care a couple of months ago. Here’s for my delayed review. About 7ish months ago my Tahoe overheated. And after that it was drinking all the coolant every time I tried to drive anywhere. I took to another shop in town where I was told after a pressure test was preformed it revealed I had a blown head gasket but they were not willing to do the work for the head gasket as they said it would be only a matter of time before the bottom end was toast and said my only option was to replace the engine for 8k. I was in the process of building a house and that was not an option for me. This other shop also told me or he was willing to buy it at market value minus the cost of a new engine. For 3 months it sat in my drive way. We decided to get a second opinion before dropping the money for a new engine. I took it here to Havasu Auto care where they immediately said to me “if it over heated just one time its unlikely to be a blown gasket”. within a couple hours they called me and said “doesn’t appear to be a blown head gasket, the pressure test revealed a crack in the coolant tank and heater hose.” They had me back up and driving less than 48hrs later for next to nothing!! I waited to review to see if that was truly the only issue as I shed many tears for months over the first diagnosis, for it to be fixed so quickly and easily. Moral of the story, always get a 2nd opinion if the 1st opinion doesn’t sit right and definitely trust Havasu Auto Care to be honest and fair! My Tahoe has been running like a dream ever since their repair!
I got 5 star service! They look my car right in and quickly determined what my problem was. Not only did they offer me a loaner car or a free ride back to my house, they also washed my car and delivered it back to my house while I was out running errands. When I got home, I discovered they had left me a candy treat and a free complimentary roadside service coupon inside my car. I can't say enough about the people. They certainly earned my loyalty. Thank you so very much Havasu Auto Care!
Contacted Destiny at Havasu Auto Care, she talked to manager about my issue and was asked to bring in car and they would look at it. I wasn't expecting to get problem addressed same day, I was asked if I could leave my car and that they had free loaner car for me. Well left car Destiny gave me updates throughout day and by end of day I had complete brake job on car and oil change and was all completed as per estimate. Services that I just had done were way above and beyond expected. I would definitely recommend Havasu Auto Care for all services auto related. Thank you Destiny and your automotive expert team.
I took my car to Havasu Auto Care due to erratic oil pressure gauge, and a check engine light that was intermittent, the issues were diagnosed and all repairs done quickly. Since I commute to/from Kingman each day, they provided a loaner car while work was being done. I really appreciate the great service. Thank you
I brought my 1980 Corvette to Havasu Auto Care for a steering problem. The problem was diagnosed and repairs were made. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was updated as the repairs progressed. My Corvette drives like a new car. I highly recommend them.
Brought my Jeep in for regular service. We took the loaner car option and went and had breakfast. A short time after we finished breakfast, we received a call that the car was ready. Quick service and excellent job. We are very happy with Havasu Auto Care.
Took my Jeep to get the A/C looked at fixed. They got me in and out in less than two hours without an appointment. They charged a reasonable rate too. I have friends that have gone there before and they too have had good experiences there. I will definitely be a return customer! Very happy. Thank you!!
I have a 2015 Audi Q6. I baught the vehicle in Wisconsin after I was warned by my local mechanic that I was taking a risk with 170k miles. Not long after I took my car for it's regularly scheduled preventive maintenence I was told there were multiple codes that indicated I was losing antifreeze and burning oil, possible internal engine issues. Audi gave me a worst case senario of 16k for a new engine. I was moving to Lake Havasu and decided to "hold off" get another opinion until I got settled. I decided that it was time. I happen to be in construction sales so I speak with other people in town who are fellow business owners and other workers from the inductry about where I would go if I needed vehicle repairs done and was recommended Havasu Auto Care as a reputable shop. As Expected I was told that the car needed about $3400.00 worth of work. We had purchased an extended warrenty that we found out from Destiny in the office there it was actually worth less then the paper it came on. So I was put in the position that I had to do the work. I work all over the nation so I left the behicle for them to do and told then no rush. Not only was the vehicle fixed while I was out of town but we worked a plan out where they delivered my vehicle back to my home, they washed it and put it safely in the garage.
