Mission

The mission of American Barber Academy is to train our students to be professional, responsible, and morally conscious Barbers/stylists, pass their licensing examination, and find gainful employment. Our goal is to equip our students with an infinite level of training that evokes the creativity that each student possesses individually. A.B.A will be dedicated and committed to exceed our students’ expectations as we prepare them to embark upon a prosperous journey into the world of barbering.

My overall experience was great from the moment I walked into the school. Best facial I have ever received! Angela was amazing. Made sure I was comfortable at all times from the beginning to the end. My skin looks and feels absolutely amazing!! A+ all around. Thank you all for a great experience.

I came in and got my 1st facial ever with Ashley Velez and it was amazing! So relaxing and calming and my skin looks better then it ever has in my whole life! She was super knowledgeable and helpful with my skin type and even helped me pick out some products! Needless to say it was a great first experience and I will be back!

Had multiple facials done with Jazmine Harvey over the past few months and overall it was amazing experience. I always felt welcomed , relax and taken care of. My skin feels amazing and glows every time !! Definitely would recommend her !!

Apart from a long wait time, I do't have an issue. I do understand that students have a lot of work and therefore will patiently wait when required. Also, the students know what they're doing and it's a lot more cheap than salons near my place which charge 20 or more for a simple haircut.

I came in and got my first facial ever with Joelle Eckert and it was amazing! It was so relaxing and my skin was glowing and looking better! She was so helpful with my skin type. Needless to say it was a great first experience!

I had a signature facial done by Maria Hess! She was awesome, explained what she was doing with each product and what the product did. I was nervous because I never did anything like that before but her talking through each step really calmed my nerves! I can tell she is extremely passionate about what she is doing, and I will continue to book with her wherever she goes in the future!

Deanna Resto did such a great job on my facial! 100% recommend her she’s amazing! My face felt amazing she was able to control my oils, book with her!

American Barber Beauty Academy was such a positive experience for me. My education, opinion and feedback was valued. Students were treated well and cared for. George was someone people could approach as well as the entire staff/teachers. The whole school was extremely clean and tidy. Students were valued and treated equally. George the owner really cared about the value of the establishment. Receiving my education at American Barber Beauty Academy was one of the best education decisions I have ever made for myself. I just knew I would prosper and feel secure with my education from the school. Do not waste your time or money at another school if ABBA services the courses or certifications there. The major plus for the school was that George made sure he brought on board people of all color, backgrounds and all walks of life into his establishment to succeed & that is what I respect the most. Apply at American Barber Beauty Academy!!!! You won’t regret it.

I came in and got a facial several times now with Kayla Schlesman and I definitely plan on continuing to see her! She has been more then helpful with helping me figure out my skin type, start a personalized skincare routine and very thorough and professional. She gave off great energy that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed! Highly recommend going to see her!

I started coming here about two years ago when my barber of many years retired. This was a good decision. The facility is clean, the student barbers are courteous and professional, and I've always gotten a good haircut. I am glad to be part of a program training upcoming professionals in our community.
