I went in and met Mrs. Tammie, she was so kind and thorough. Very informative she explained everything to me and even went the extra mile to give me my access key meeting me on her day off. I highly recommend this gym. The gym has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I am super excited about my new membership here “ I love Mrs. Tammie, she is the absolute best!!!” Thank you Mrs Tammie!
This place is FILTHY. You walk through the door and are hit in the face by the smell of GROSS. Machines are dirty. Floors are dirty. Signs above the elliptical say " If machine sounds like is breaking, it probably is. Be gentle." How about.. if the machine sounds like its breaking, fix it so you don't slapped with a lawsuit. This place is anything but healthy.
Joined this gym about 4 days ago. So far so good. The gym is clean and has all the equipment you would need to get a good workout. There are no classes or trainers walking around but if you don't need that then great gym.
I've been coming here for a couple weeks and like it so far. The staff is exceptionally nice and answers any questions I have. This is my first gym experience but so far I like what I see. The machines are nice as far as I'm concerned; they do their job and are well-maintained. Everyone keeps equipment put up, clean and safe. The attitude at this gym is positive and upbeat; everyone is pretty laid back. A clean gym to visit close to home, highly recommend, awesome staff.
Awesome place to go. Staff is very personable. Keep in mind that this is a smaller gym that doesn't have as many amenities as larger ones. Great local workout spot.
I am not real gym experienced but my wife and I started not long ago wanting to do weight training. The staff has been very nice and there is plenty of equipment both machines and free weights. Personally as someone who has always had weight problems gyms can sometimes be less than fun. Here there are plenty of people who are pretty built but no one has treated us like we don't belong. I do recommend this gym. Once you are a member you get a key card and it is a 24 hr gym, so you can go whenever you want.
Great local workout center, has plenty of machines to get your sweat on.
Great place to train. Down to earth lovely staff of folks! Marvin the owner is just so sweet & a cool guy ! I work out with a lovely crowd every morning, Young & Old!
I love my gym!! It's clean and the staff are awesome! Always welcoming and helpful. They make you feel like they are glad you are there and tend to my workout needs.
Good gym simple and small but everything you need for a complete workout some equipment could be updated but all is working and functional no complaints here
