The staff here are incredibly rude! A guy with glasses didn’t get his name was either in a bad mood or he’s just plain disrespectful. He left the store to scream and yell profanities at people in the parking lot and came back in saying disgusting things about them. I was so shocked I left immediately. Go elsewhere
Excellent. Had a blank for my 1972 BMW 2002 ti on the wall, cut the key, and gave me interesting information about the original key steel vs chrome covered brass. Hang on to that as they aren’t available any more. Good job. The only suggestion is to call first just to ensure someone is there to help with your issue.
While "construction signs" and general lack of parking on the street in Menlo Park, I don't care for their parking policy. I don't doubt they are nice people, but when there is nobody in the store and nobody in the parking lot, their policy states you are on private property so don't you dare conduct any other business while parked on their lot. They sell key protectors for 25¢.
Going here for years for all of my keys. Quick efficient service provided by Gavin. Masks required to enter, just push the call button on the door to be let inside.
An elderly relative had a car clicker that had fallen and burst apart. She wasn’t able to reassemble the pieces so she figured she’d just pay through the nose to have it done by someone else. She brought it in to A-A Lock & Alarm. They reassembled it for her and didn’t charge anything. We really appreciate the kind service.
Good service but extremely expensive. $30 for just a part for a deadbolt lock. Not even a whole lock. Would have been $15 for an entire lock at Home Depot. I was bringing a friend there so he was deciding and unfortunately he paid it even though I advised him not to.
I would not recommend this place, overpriced, dishonest customer service. I spoke to the General Manager "Lee" about an issue I had with one of the employees and instead of listening to my concern, he completely changed the subject. Stay away!
