American Canyon Mobile Home Park

Trying to sell a trailer in this park is impossible. Management is completely unprofessional and consistently hangs up on realtors and perspective buyers. They use an answering service when not in the office and never seem to get back to you. So perspective buyers need to complete the application process with the park before the sale of the trailer can go forward and the park management does ALL they can to make that process difficult for everyone involved. I understand trying to keep riff raff out but they shouldn’t make it impossible to sell.

Very easy to find nice area

Beautiful day, dogs love walking around the park, safer here and most people are very nice.

Management has made a beautiful place feel like a prison.
