I Made a +$1k cash deposit for bills & they’re holding my money for 2 days!? Wont let me withdrawal $0 ... horrible. I just gave you $1400 & I cant use my own money!? they broke my deposit into 4? Smaller Deposits why? raising a flag from my bank. The deposit was verified. Dont deposit $$ here!? Imagine me telling the bank they have to wait 2 days for their cash. Total b.s. very unprofessional & unhelpful w/ an attitude. Give me my money!
I've used CAFCU for years. It's got that "friends are family" feel. Everyone has been incredibly courteous and friendly, even for quick trips inside.
The location in Warrenville is closed for some remodeling project. Hopefully it's temporary.
Obtaining information for my account was a nightmare!!!! I would request a temp password & would receive the 30 minute limit e-mail which I was unable to get to due to being at work. I called in to reset my password during and since I didn't pass the questions test, I was denied. Then I had to send a pic of my signature and I didn't get a response. By that time I was so fed up so I closed my account which took 5 minutes!!!. Later that day I received a call to reset my password. ARGH!!!!!!
These are white color criminals. If I had only known I would have never stepped into their office. I was offered an account there from my job and have have lost hundreds of dollars since then. Don't be fooled by their NGO claim.
