We deliver here daily. Always nice people. It helps to have your tandem All the way forward. There is a few tight turns.they unload us in about 20 minutes or less. The lights are not the best at the docks.
They don't follow the appointment and they take forever to load you they use just one dock and it's look like they have only 2 people working wen 1 work the other one is in brake outside smoking sometimes they are both outside smoking they don't care this place is a joke a don't think they have a management or something like that just stay away from this place
Arrived 0740 for 0830 appt Unloaded in 50 mins. Got bills and left by 0900. Enough room to maneuver just watch parking at docks 5-8 aren’t on a level surface, move tandems to the back. Also city streets to get to this place are very narrow, has to use all room you got even oncoming traffic lanes to turn. Do not recommend turning left or even going straight as you exit the gate, very tight turns. Turn right head south for US-45
Truck route should be route us70 exit before bridge to N. Royal st. Turn right at lexington ave. And left on stoddert American coldstorage sign is at the road and the location is on your left at the intersection of deaderick and stoddert st.
Appointment was 10 a.m. Now 2-30 p.m, even doesn't start working.
This place is big enough with good back, watch your route coming here. Overnight parking if gates are open, no public restrooms. Fast loading nd unloading ... also pilot and loves truck stops are near
Folks were nice didn't take long to get loaded that was about ten months ago now I get here around 1 pm get told my appointment time is 18:30 there were hardly and trucks getting loaded today and I was hoping I would get load in a few hours but here it is nearly 1800 and I'm still sitting here WOW
4 stars only because of the location and being accessible only by very narrow streets
It’s to much waiting here , near about 14 hours , not good restroom .
Once they figured out my appointment time it wasn't too bad
