Dr. Max is the best dentist I've had. At my age, I have realized that going to the dentist will always create a level of anxiety within me, but at least I have found one who is worth it. Dr. Max is professional, skilled, and a perfectionist. Because of these attributes, all of the dental work I've received has been extraordinary -- no pain and no discomfort. I am glad I found him. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the office's appointment policies. They require a ridiculous deposit for appointments even after you have provided good insurance and after they have already filed the claim. Example, if you make an appointment for two weeks from now, they want the money NOW. Who pays for dental work or any medical procedure before it happens? And if you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment then you must do it 4 days in advance. 4 days? Who does that? So if you have an emergency and cancel an appointment the day before, WATCH OUT, they're going to keep your deposit and make you pay it again for your reschedule. Great dentist, horrible policies.
They are very nice, personable and patient. Highly recommend!
I have had a couple appointments with American Dental Associates Palos Heights since March 2022. Initially, my experiences were positive. I've always experienced some anxiety for dental visits, but the staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable. I had some difficulty with my second appointment. The dentist I was seeing left the practice. I feel that I could have been given more notice of this so we could have worked together to set up the next appointment sooner. Instead, it took weeks longer to get the appointment time slot that worked best with my schedule. At the time of my third appointment May 2022 I found out that American Dental Associates no longer follows the CDC guidance for health care facilities which dental offices are designated as. I left that appointment and won't return to any of their locations since all locations follow the same mask optional guidance. It's unfortunate since the dentists and dental assistants for my appointments were very good and made for comfortable dental experiences.
Came in for a cleaning. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Was checked in quickly. Waited roughly 10 minutes then was taken back. Everyone wore a mask and the office was in general VERY clean. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family! Very pleasant experience.
Anna Ciupinski DMD restored any positivity I had surrounding the facility. She is very thorough and very nice. Prior to her, I wasted a trip and was refused a cleaning because I was pregnant which is an antiquated practice.
I haven’t been to the dentist In a couple of year and I came across this place through my insurance. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The office is very clean and well maintained. I will heat that I am satisfied with my care. I got a deep cleaning today and it was fast and painless. In the past when I had a deep cleaning it took over two hours. I have referred my friend to the office. The only thing I was a little upset about was that I am being charged for an additional X-ray, I was told I had to see another doctor in order for my insurance to cover the deep cleaning, the other doctor examined my teeth and did an additional X-ray of the same things. I think this may have been an error on the office part to repeat the same thing
These guys were great! They made me feel so comfortable from Dr. Katsnelson explaining the entire procedure in detail, to Martha his lovely assistant letting me squeeze her arm in my initial nervousness. I recommend this facility because of its warmth, professionalism, and fast service. Give them a try...you'll love them too.
I have had many traumatic dental experiences. Dr. Katsnelson is the only oral surgeon I feel comfortable with. The dental assistants at the Palos location are very polite and accommodating. I went for a consultation for upper wisdom teeth removal, and the procedure was done the same day. other patients may have to schedule a follow up to have the procedure done. Highly recommend, don't let anxiety keep you from getting oral care!
The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Sharma is wonderful with both kids and adults, always making us comfortable and making the best decisions for our dental health and needs. Theresa is also an excellent assistant. We will always choose American Dental Associates!
I had such a great experience. Dr. Yousuf is a great periodontist with a fun personality. He and the rest of the staff make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I'm really happy with my results. You are in great hands here!
