For a husband to go pants shopping for his wife, a lot of questions need to be answered beforehand. Despite the prep, I still needed help. The wonderful ladies working there not only answered my questions but also treated me with patience while I fumbled about. To say the service was exceptional doesn't do them justice. Thank you, ladies; your help was greatly appreciated!

Really helpful and friendly staff :

Very rude and condescending staff. One employee in specific was very critical when I was returning an item and was nit picky and rude to me when I didn’t know the exact amount of items I had to try on. Will avoid shopping in store in the future because of ungracious staff.

Although the store is frequently understaffed, I have grown used to that in just about every store in the mall. So I focus on looking for the right merchandise I need and at the value. I often find wardrobe staples here.

Had one of the worst customer service experiences at this store that required me to an hour back there just to return the product due to the worker giving bad advice. Apparently she was not trained properly and should not be interacting with customers.

Many managers aren’t taking Covid seriously at all. There’s at least one instance where an employee was supposed to be quarantined but was still told to come into work

Very high quality clothing for a reasonable price. Love the style here and the atmosphere.
