Very friendly, welcoming staff. They made me aware of the sales & didn't rush me. Also, did not make me feel bad about returning online orders. Although, I had kept two pair of jeans, which I love. Super quality fashion denim that holds up!

Great customer service employee allows you to browse without stalking you around the store, but are always available to help. They have very courteous and knowledgeable employees and they don't rush you. Very comfortable shopping here, no pressure sales. Clothing is good quality for price. Overall extremely pleased with American Eagle.

Dead there but nice staff

I was in today returning items I purchased online. Unfortunately I didn’t have the card I purchased with and my return was refused. I am giving one star because they were so rude during the whole ordeal. I didn’t fight them, I accepted I needed my card in order to return. They pretty much yelled NO at me without even offering other alternatives or doing the courtesy of explaining the process of returning via mail. Once I told the cashier I didn’t want in store credit, she threw the clothes back at me, when I had originally handed them folder to her.

Very nice staff, but due to a printer malfunction at this particular outlet I got charged three times for the same purchase on my credit card. And despite speaking to the customer care rep, and being ensured that I'll get a refund I still haven't received that.

Went in today to buy jeans. Both rang up wrong at full price when I got them for the 19.99 section. Cashier went to go check but another lady took the pair off the counter in front of me folded them and took them away. I would still have bought it at full price. I left obviously they did not want my money. Done with this store. I went across the hall and bought jeans at Abercrombie.

Really nice distribution. Great displays!

This is for the little girl who claims to be the current store manager for Feb 2019. Get off your high horse sweet heart. Your people skills are some of the worst Ive ever seen in the industry. I'll be sure to follow up with a call to your DM.
