I would like to share what awesome customer Kendra and Kaitlyn provided today at this location.  I had a complicated return but by both of them working thru together they got it all figured out.  I really appreciated their patience and not getting flustered with me when it was an online mess up that unfortunately customer service was unable to fix via telephone.   Moving forward  I will make my purchases in store and shipped to me for free.  Thank you for that tip ladies.  Thank you for helping me out.

I just had the most helpful associate.  Her name is Kaylie. She helped me find styles and was very knowledgeable!  There are so many Sykes these days that her help was greatly appreciated!

Went in today to buy some panties because they have the comfiest underwear I've ever worn and walked out with a bag full of underwear, Bras and pants.... Def my go to for comfy, cute clothes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kelsey who seemed genuinely excited about the items I was purchasing. Great vibe

I tried to return a polo I got myself recently. The polo turned out to have a wrong tag and label. It was actually small and the tags read Medium. I received a ton of attitude from the sales person who made me wait for more than 20 mins to return for no reason she folded clothes while chatting with another half-busy cashier. Unless you absolutely have to go to a store to return, I suggest returning online.

my rating is for Aerie since I never make it to AEO with how much I end up loving and spending in Aerie alone. I forget the girls name who helped us but she was excellent and attentive , even with being one of only 2 people on the floor work. very accessible. I had my walker with me so I never would've asked for any sort of assistance otherwise but she gave me a place to sit if needed while waiting for a dressing room and tried to get me the bigger stall too. it was being used for too long so I said the normal size was fine. if you need help in the dressing rooms with different sizes or assistance , there are buttons in each room that call an employee. love this store so much!

I was trying to make a online order and called yesterday the girl told me they had the pants and size I was looking for in stock. I went in and they didnt have any. The employees were all young and seemed new none knew anything about anything. The guy in the dressing room was probably most helpful and nice. Needless to say I will stick to online ordering

I've always received awesome customer service when I visit this store, but this last time takes the cake.  I was looking for a specific style of jeans and the store seemed to be completely out of the style I wanted, and similar styles, in my size.  Savannah, Kristen, and the manager on duty all helped me out, and Savannah even said to me, "I'm determined to help you find the jeans you want".....  :  We did end up finding them online and they got them ordered for me!

Jeez where do I start? We were tempted to leave until along came Martha with her spunk and exceptional manners. She is a role model for the rest of the team as she helped us find what we needed with the best of attitudes. Coming off of a rough month, Martha got us back into the swing of things and made us feel right at home. Words can't describe the warmth in my heart when I come across people like Martha. This world could use more Martha's.

Excellent customer service by Raquel she was very helpful
