Awesome store! Love the clothes! The employees can be a bit more friendly. Clean and easy to find what I'm looking for.
Love this store! Always adding things to my wardrobe. Store was well-stocked and organized. Shopping online or in the app is easy too, and offers some styles not available in the store. Save on shipping by selecting free in-store pickup. The store will sometimes match their online prices, so make sure you ask. Workers are plentiful and super helpful.
Alex, coincidentally, was very professional and very helpful, even offering to help find my size when I couldn't the only one was on a mannequin. AE makes good quality clothes, but you do need to pay for what you get, though not as much as some other designers.
No one said anything upon walking in. Then was stared at by every girl working there. Felt very uncomfortable. Then was told AT CHECKOUT that I would not be able to pay unless with cash.
Absolutely ridiculous prices. My wife got three pair of jeans and a shirt and cost almost $200. Everything said buy one get one 50% off. This was very misleading and only a small section applied that. See pic. Will never be back
Pleasant atmosphere in the store, and very helpful staff. The clothing here is on the expensive side but it is worth it for the quality that you receive, it is all well made. The clearance section is great too!
As soon as you walk in no one helps you , girls not friendly , they look at you and don't ask you for help ... i had trouble trying find my Under Garment Size. Go to Providence Place Aerie , Girls there are super helpful ! and Friendly .
I love there clothing. I know most of the clothing is geared toward a younger crowd but I love there sweaters, tee shirts, cologne, jewelry, etc. The clothing is so soft and well made. I love to go in and see what new things they have.
The extreme flex jeans are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn. Good quality tee shirts.
