As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee and he was super nice and immediately helped me find the pants I needed. I wish I got his name so I could add it here. I was in and out super quick thanks to him.

The only place that has pants that fit my shape I just wish the prices weren't so high but the quality is definitely there!

So I don't ever shop at American Eagle but I had heard recently that they had some plus size options for jeans and I decided to check it out. I was met at the front of the store by a Ms. Tori. She was so nice and friendly and incredibly helpful and informative. She was able to help me find what I needed really quick and it was honestly the most easy going experience I've ever had shopping for jeans. She was very knowledgeable on the merchandise so it made finding what I was looking for so much simpler. Five stars for Tori, I highly recommend this store and specifically Tori because she really was just the most genuinely nice person. Thanks Tori!

I got like 5 items and got home with a security sensor still on the bra I bought. I live a hour and so away from the mall so I was aggravated to even have to drive all the way back down there. Me being pregnant it’s a hassle to ride in the car for longer trips. I get to the mall and explain what happened and show my receipt to the cashier and everything was fine she apologized and was taking the sensor off when I’m guessing the manger walked over to check my receipt like I wasn’t telling the truth and she was there the day before when I bought my things. Need a better alarm or something so this doesn’t happen and get all the way home unable to wear the things you bought and have to drive all the way back down there to get embarrassed like I stole it or something. I usually throw my receipts away so luckily I kept this one.

I went into their store to look for a gift for my sister. I have never really worn anything from AE before. While I was looking at the jeans a very friendly employee  Riley  came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I asked her about the jeans but explained that I was buying them for a gift. She asked if I wear their jeans. I told her I had never really tried them. She suggested a few styles that I may like. I decided to take her advice and try them on for myself. WOW! I am so glad I did. They are wonderful!! I ended up buying a pair and love them. I think I will get rid of my other jeans now and go back and buy several more pairs. I want to thank her for taking the time to help me and for not thinking I was too old to wear cool jeans!

I would have only given this place half a star but it would not allow me to go so. I had ordered a tshirt for my son as a birthday present pick up . I got a conformation saying they had it in stock and would be available for pick up in two hours. Well I never received an email saying it was ready. I called the next day and this very rude obnoxious girl said they never received the order! I told her money was taken out of my account and she said you have been in here before and you had the same problem. She was arguing with me when I had proof and I told her. She started laughing at me and I asked her name and told her she will be reported . So I will never be back to that location period! Stay  away from this place unless you want to the employees and management at this location to be rude and unprofessional!!!

Love this store! Most of my clothes come from AE.  Employees are always friendly and helpful. A sweet girl named Riley helped me last time. She has great taste in fashion. Thank you!! I will def be back!

I want to give a shoutout to the girls that helped me at American Eagle today. First of all, I haven’t bought a pair of jeans from AE since, probably my senior year  they told me to try on the size I originally ordered, and if they didn’t fit, come back and they would help exchange them. I went and tried on in the bathroom and, behold, too big. I’ve never worn the “curvy” brand, and let me tell you, they are heavenly. So, with that being said, huge thank you to Toby, Tori, and Felicia. Y’all are wonderful, and so helpful!

I had a wonderful experience last time I was here shopping for jeans. Fast and friendly service, above and beyond. I found two pairs of jeans that I loved but they only had one in my size. Instead of letting me leave empty handed though they checked online for my size and shipped it to my house in 3-7 business days. That is what i call service. If you're passing through Maryville and need a place to shop I highly recommend that you stop here. :

Used to be my favorite store. However today I was denied entrance because I would not make my child wear a mask even though I have a child with disabilities and then preceeded to tell me no matter whatever disability the "rules are the rules", mind you this county does NOT have a mandatory requirement rule.....So they are just discriminating against customers with disabilities and I will NEVER shop here again. Been shopping here for over 16 years, sad to say that I will never again. Every other store in the mall was accommodating to my sons disability and not rude or intrusive and received our business today.
