Found some great items and after checking out I saw this location had these lockers for online purchases!! I didn't utilize this feature but was surprised to see this because the AE or Aerie stores in Hawai'i don't have anything like it! Super neat!!
Super friendly staff!! I went in for an exchange. Typically I wouldn’t engage with staff since I am fairly picky with my style but I was short on time. I described what I wanted to the team member Alexis, and she was beyond helpful and sweet. First pair of jeans she handed me I tried on and LOVED THEM. I was out within five minutes. The store was super clean and organized. Absolutely loved the services Alexis provided me. Keep up the good work!
I received excellent customer service from Brenda and Gabby M! I called the store to see if they had an item in stock and Brenda was nice and helpful and took time to try locate my items. When I went in store to make purchases, Gabby helped me and was so sweet and offered to try on an item to find the right size for my daughter. She also checked online for a size for another item I was interested in and found it. They were both so nice, helpful and professional. Both Brenda and Gabby went way above and beyond! It’s very rare to receive good customer service nowadays so I commend them, the store management and Aerie/Aero. I will do my shopping from these stores from now on both online and in store! I highly recommend this store!

Today I received help from Jaida and it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in retail! She was so helpful & made it so much easier trying to style things together when trying to shop while pregnant. This store didn’t have any maternity clothes, but she gave me so many other recommendations and made my shopping experience 10x better. She’s amazing at her jobThank you Jaida!
Staff is always friendly and eager to assist you. They have a nice variety of denim and other apparel.
Yesterday , I came to shop for shorts and was greeted at the front entrance by a young man who asked “what were you shopping for today?” I appreciated the engagement right away which made me want to continue to look at the many options available. After checking out the shorts, I was then approached by another worker name Alexis. She said “Hi, I noticed you’re checking out our Men’s denim shorts what type of fit were you looking for?” She then began to let me know about the fit and fabrics which was very helpful. After that, she passed me off to the fitting room and the team was very helpful with providing more options to try on. Throughout my time at this store, I noticed how great the energy was with the workers and how happy they were to be there. As a customer, this means a lot to me to shop at a store where the staff is happy. I bought 2 pairs of shorts along with 2 shirts. My experience from beginning to end was very memorable. Thank you Del Amo you guys were awesome!
The customer service was phenomenal! All of the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The staff worked very well together as a team. The prices were also great! I will definitely be returning to the Aerie store to purchase more items.
Alexis, the store manager, went above and beyond to rectify a problem with my gift card balance. She made the phone call to have the problem taken care of, waiting on hold and asking to talk to supervisors, and showed so much courtesy and determination to put customer service first, something has been slipping since COVID in my opinion. She was awesome, thank you Alexis !
Brianna was very helpful! Once i entered the store she asked if i was looking for anything in particular and she helped me find the exact thing I needed. She also pointed out other versions of the leggings I needed and was very informative!
