Rachel helped me so much. I haven't shopped for jeans in years. The last time I got frustrated mad left. This time my size is significantly smaller but I still "feel" like I'm my larger size. Very confusing and hard to shop .... Especially with a 7 year old. She was the best. I appreciate you so much Rachel! Thank you
Bought jeans here. The staff was super helpful. Her name was October and she seemed to really care about my savings and treated me with patience and respect. Awesome experience!

Went here on my birthday around 4:10 pm on May 25th. There were three girls that were very rude and didn’t want to assist customers. I asked for a fitting room and got put in one with boxes that took up most the space. It was the back right fitting room. I went into Aerie to see if someone was there to checkout because the girls in the main area were busy, but no one was there. I came back and asked where I can get checked out and they all starting talking about sending me to Aerie. Overall, it’s just bad customer service and very rude. The girls need to pay more attention to what is happening around them with the customers. Below is one of the girls ID’s. Please do better.

Disappointed that this brand claims body positivity but doesn't have anything over a DD or a 40 in the actual store. This particular location isn't my favourtie because the girls are always standing in a little circle at the crossway between Aerie and American Eagle just chatting away instead of helping customers.
Bought a 7pairs of Jeggings, 4 AE Tees, 1pair of Aerie Leggings, 1 AE plaid shirt, 3 Aerie Swearshirts in two weeks online. Arrived and found out that two of them fits weird on the crotch area and the waist line are waaay above my belly button and makes not breath comfortably. So I drove 1hr to the nearest AE from me which is in mall of Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek OH. Entered the store and was greeted by two female employees. I said that I needed to do a Return and an Exchange, and one of them said Okay Let’s see what you got in there, Name was Jordan. So I returned 2pairs of Jeans out of 7pairs and 1 tee out of 4pairs. Exchanged A pair of Jeggings that have whole by the knees because I ordered a different style that have to same distressed detail, so I exchanged them to a MOM JEANS for $59. So she did all that, And I said that I also want to exchanged the plaid shirt to a bigger size because did not realized they werent Loose fit, and Jordan goes “Youre killing us with Returns!”, I said No its not a return its a size exchange. Then she processed the exchange for me. I was offended. I probably spend more than $500 worth of thier items in two weeks span and only return worth of $80 item and I received this kind attitude from this Associate. After all my transactions was done I went a ahead grabbed an Aerie Bralette in black, wanted to buy more colors but they dont my size. I checked out with her again and finally asked her name nicely. Ive been wantig to ask her name before my exchange was even done so that I can call corporate about her rude customer service. Ordered 2more of the bralettes from them. I make sure to send email this to customer service. I wont be shopping on this specific store again. The reason why I have to order online because they dont carry my size instores. Its so sad and dissappointing.

Hailey the manager her is obnoxious and rude. She runs a retail store as if it was a prison. Really sad knowing how well previous management did and what she’s doing now.
