No greeting from any employee. They all just looked at me as I walked through the store. They did greet each other though. The older woman behind the counter shouted “now the party can get started” when the smaller guy with long hair came onto his shift I’m guessing. Why give money to a place that doesn’t value its customers? Won’t be in ever again.
Abby & Khloe were complete sweethearts. I came in because I knew they would have my size im a 16 in jeans & it is very hard to find them at any other retail store. I wanted a pair of the jeans that fit to the ankle because I only could fit the flared jeans. Khloe I’m assuming I spelled her name correctly. She guided me right to the section I wanted & Abby helped me with my birthday discount since it’s coming up. She took her time searching my discount & i so appreciate it! If you go to this location please leave a review for your experience it helps the rest of us out. Thank you again ladies I will most definitely be back to see you
Chloe greeted us as soon as we entered the store and asked to help. She qualified my daughter by asking which style of jeans she like. We would've only bought one pair but because of Chloe's excellent customer service skills we're walking out with three. Excellent customer service by these younger generations is hard to find but this store nailed it!
Hi, I went to the store earlier looking for an shirt. I was in distress because I couldn’t find anything and honestly I just needed to take my mind off things because I just got broken up with. I was in a ten year relationship with this huge jerk . When I went into you guys lovely store I was met by one of your workers. She said her name was Jessica and she was a really sweet girl . She asked if I needed any assistance and constantly checked up on me. She actually held me pick out this really cute shirt and I really appreciate the customer service she provided me with. I will definitely be back in there in the future.
I’ve been looking for jeans that fit just right for some time now but haven’t had success until Isela Enriquez helped me find not one but TWO perfect pairs. She has exceptional customer service skills and was so kind, patient and informative. Thank you Isela for your help! I cannot wait to wear my new jeans out :D
Was looking to buy some pants but one of the employees kept following me everywhere I walked keeping an eye on me acting as if i was going to steal something.
When the staff saw me looking through the denim pile, they knew I didn’t see my size. One of the staff offered to look in the back for me which made them a sale. Normally I don’t expect large chain retailers to do this, but they did and service was above and beyond!
Went in to exchange some jeans for a larger size. Asked THREE associates about the exchange policy before spending an hour trying on jeans. THREE associates assured me I was fine to trade in my worn jeans for different jeans I even showed the jeans to associates. Get to the front just to be told that the store doesn't do exchanges for worn jeans. I asked why it doesn't say that on AE's online return policy & was quickly dismissed. Just to be clear-- I am not leaving this review because of the policy I was told upon checkout. That's fine. I'm leaving this review because THREE associates told me something other than the woman at the checkout. I wasted an hour in the store trying on jeans with VERY friendly & helpful associates before being rudely told at the checkout that this was not the case. If policy is policy EVERYONE in the store should know it. Not just one rude lady at the front.
Would have given five stars if there were more sales, coupons, or other discounts. Once to the register, Melissa went out of her way and took extra time to make sure I got all the discounts available and saved me an additional $27! Would definitely recommend American Eagle and they've got a valuable asset with Melissa being a part of their team!
I love AE as a company, but this store is my least favorite to go into. The employees are very pesty & I always feel like I'm being followed around the store. We were in for only 10 minutes today & had SEVEN employees come up and ask if my husband and I needed help. I understand being attentive & having good customer service but this just seems excessive. I would much rather have to ask for assistance than be hounded in the store every 30 seconds by employees.
