I witnessed this young blonde girl who I think was a manager or supervisor threatening her employees who asked to take a break. She said that the girl couldn’t “lallygag” and take too long. She mentioned that she would track her location so that she didn’t wander off too far from the store. It was honestly insane and it completely turned me off from wanting to buy anything. I wouldn’t consider going back to this store until that girl is fired. Super illegal and gross behavior
I went there last summer. But I still remember the terrible experience. There were many customers in the store. So there was a really long line of customers waiting to pay. However, the two girls working at the couner was joking with each other. They never cared about the customers waiting for them. It took 40 minutes to pay.
Went into AE, no one great me in. So instead I had the great the employees for them since they didn’t, and asked how their day was..just to be ignored. As I said I wanted to speak to a manager the girls got nervous and said they would offer me there discount. As they said “I am the manager” and it was ok. Only to be lied too
I don't recommend going in store ever, they never have sizes you need and all their options have holes. There's very few options for men's too and if they do they're all skinny, the girls that work there also don't know what it's like to be professional, try not cussing all the time and dressing like a plain slob
Went in tonight on 2-28-19 to get my daughter some jeans, girls that worked there were so rude, on their phones and no greeting when I walked in with family. Never once was asked if I needed any help, and when I said something to them they went behind counter and looked over talking and laughing. I will never go back.
The denim is extremely comfortable yet expensive. But the fitting rooms are open, which helps a lot. Overall expensive but amazing quality. We did have to wait in a long line to get in.
Everytime we come to this store, the items that are in sale the workers always want to charge full price when it clearly says that there in sale, i bought an item at a diffrent american eagle, and i wanted the same item that was still in sale and they didn’t want to give to me as the same price we’ve had the same problem multiple times already and its always at the same store
If you look around, they have some good clothing with the right prices. ;
Don't carry a 16 in store but their clothes r stretchy. Great clearance deals and the employee honored my discount since the item I was going to exchange was sold out.
Tonight my co worker and I went into American Eagle at the Woodburn outlets, we found some clothes that we wanted to try on and proceeded to the dressing rooms. My coworker asked the young girl working if we could get a dressing room and the young girl completely ignored us and continued to talk to the other young girl trying on clothes. We then found the button that you push to get a dressing room which we proceeded to push and yet again she ignored us. We stood there for over 5 minutes with clothes in our hands waiting when finally she came over and let us in. No sorry for the wait or sorry I didn’t see you. Very disappointed in our experience.
