Exceptionally clean store! All sizes neatly placed and Amazing customer service provided my Korey! He is so awesome and friendly. I walked out and was warmly greeted. He let me know of all the sales offered and even asked if I needed anything specific. Just all around amazing! While shopping he was so attentive to all our questions about sizes, ordering etc.. opened the fitting rooms countless times for us. Checking out he was ensuring that our products were all there and helped us order an item to get shipped to our house. Thank you AE for hiring Korey! We will only come back to this location because of him!
Wanted to take the time to write a review for JESSICA, she was soooo sweet recommended me the best size in some cargo pants for work and got me extra sizes to the fitting room just to make sure I liked how my jeans fit me! She’s very knowledgeable and nice I hope I get her too next time I see her. Also the girl at the register was super sweet and nice I didn’t get her name but she wears glasses and was wearing some cute Birkenstocks with leggings
I took some time to write this review but I wanted to make sure that I did. I went to the store about a month or two ago. It was my first time. I never realized there were so many different types of jeans. But Corey made the process so simple. Gave me a quick look and gave me four pairs to try on. Went to the dressing room not so sure how they were going to fit or look. I loved all four! He was spot on! Loved each different style and fit. They were a little pricey, however at check out Yvette took her time and found me some discounts. They were so friendly and helpful. If the customer service is always this great, I will be a customer for life! Kudos to Corey and Yvette in the Victoria Gardens store. They are great!
Korey, was amazing. I love him. He sanitized a dress I was purchasing, throughly. Wonderful man. He needs a raise. #americaneaglehasdedication
I ordered shorts online for pick up but only ended up liking 1 of them. I was about to give up and return the other 2 but instead Korey went out of his way to walk me around the store and provide me with suggestions that I ended up loving! He turned my return into an exchange. I am so grateful and appreciative of Korey’s excellent customer service and knowledge. I will be a returning customer at this location all because of Korey’s efforts. Thank you again Korey you are a superstar!

Korey was so amazing! I had my own personal stylist, he was so informative and completely delightful to shop with. I walked in just to browse and ended up leaving with a few new outfits! I highly recommend Korey!!
Stopped in to the store to look for a pair of jeans for my little sister's birthday. Had a pleasant interaction with Korey and Marissa, they were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. There wasn't anything in the store that I believed would fit, but Korey helped me do a store to door purchase to arrive before my sister's birthday. I will definitely be stopping by again.
Could have given us a courtesy discount because of their error but didn’t. I can’t back up a company that doesn’t care to give a percentage up for customer service & retention. We won’t be shopping with them again unfortunately.
Kory was super helpful I’ve been struggling to find Jen’s and he really went out of his way to find some jeans right for me. Super duper great customer service.
