Beautiful clean bright space with an enormous inventory of the trendiest styles. Great staff, great prices.
It’s a great store, my favorite brand but it’s always hit or miss with the staff. Sometimes they are great other times they are not. Typically you are waiting forever to be let into a fitting room and have to wander to find someone to let you in or make awkward eye contact forever with the people at cash wrap who stare at you.. the staff often profile people and follow you around the store which is upsetting as this is my favorite store and I spend on average $1,500 a month but I avoid going in store because I hate the way they make me feel.
Went to the store this morning, when there I had to deal with a very rude store manager. Macy, What a temper! Just for asking for help I was looked down on and treated as if I was asking to much to find a particular pair of jeans.. A very poor image of this store is made from people like this!
Valerie and her coworker AB9731 was her cashier number were attentive and caring . Very impressed with the caliber of both young women especially during these times . A raise would be warranted in the near future. Thank you!

I was confused with the clothing mix up on the sales floor. I didn’t know which were men’s or women’s shirts and what not because they were close together. But the staff asked if we needed help with anything!! I appreciate that.
Its the middle of summer and I cant get a pair of shorts. Im sorry but this hurry up and get ready for the next season is utterly ridiculous. Lets live in the here and now!!! Ugh

Love the clearance racks. Great stuff. Plenty to look through. Sweatshirts are fantastic for style and fit.
T-Shirts r way over priced 39.00 for one is a bit much fragrances good deals n smell amazing staff guess ok
