My first visit here was pleasant and the office staff was very kind and friendly. They focused on customer service and the wait was short. Just bring a sweater- a little chilly in the waiting room. I was pleased with the technician and Dr. Shah. She listened, explained and offered viable treatment options. I felt like she cared and I wasn’t just a number. This location is a hidden gem!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this dental office. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor Dr Belisle is very gentle but also very thorough. I would recommend any and everyone to AFD!!! This is coming from someone who gets very nervous about dental appointments normally. A+
I received a text reminder yesterday reminding me of my appointment at two o’clock. There was no one there when I arrived. There was another patient there. I received several emails prior to this appointment. The streets were completely of ice earlier in the day. I would also like to know why the office will not gets pretreatment estimate before major dental work. The office manager will not return phone calls. On 2occassions I drove to the office to speak to her about my insurance coverage and I was ignored.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My father went to have a tooth pulled from the dentist at the Collierville location. Not once or twice but, three times he had to go to the dentist in a short time frame to have the same tooth pulled. He felt they disregarded his pain and showed no supportive bedside manners towards his issue. After the second time of the dentist pulling more of the tooth out, they referred him to someone else. Therefore, he had to pay to get the same tooth out twice. The third oral surgeon could not figure out how they left that big a piece of tooth in my father's mouth. I am sorry but, that is too much stress for a senior citizen to endure.
Great Service and wonderful dental hygienist, Candi. You always do a fabulous job and have a wonderful, gentle way about you! Thanks you for all the care and wonderful work you do to keep my teeth healthy!
I have mixed reviews. I love the staff. They were very informative and friendly but I scheduled a cleaning but ran out of time before the actual cleaning started. I got the ex rays and recommendations but I’ll need another appointment to finish the initial appointment. Maybe this is standard practice but I’ve never experienced this.
I had a really good professional dentist up north in Chicago for 45 years. Just moved down. You guys were equally as good and professional. I pay attention to these things and you guys are very good.
I like Dr. Lee-Belisle and she has provided excellent dental services. However, the billing staff has not provided full disclosure regarding pre-approval of services through my insurance. i explained to them that I had previous work done on the same bridge and I was not sure if the 5 year mark had been met. They told me they had verified with my insurance and had me pay 50% of my balance before my appointment and the remaining portion on the day of treatment. As it turned out, I was shy 1 month of 5 years and my insurance did not pay. Afterwards, they told me they only verify that I have insurance only, no pre-approvals. I was out of almost $3k out of pocket. If I had known this, I would have waited 1 month and saved myself $1.5k. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET YOUR OWN PRE-APPROVAL.
After receiving both email and text reminders for my appointment, including a text earlier today, I arrived at a closed office. All other providers managed to inform my family that appointments were on or rescheduled because of weather, but this office could not be bothered.
Excellent Services! Comforts you through the entire procedures, whether you are receiving a cleaning or root canal! Always asking are you okay! I appreciate their concern and care!
